Placed my order on their online app. The app states the order will be ready at 5:14. I arrive a few minutes early and wait... outside A few minutes go by and I see people walking in. Glad I got my order in I think to myself. Haha I should have known. At 5:15 I go in and I wait. Not once was I acknowledged. I just waited and watched. I had to wait until the 3 other people inline who had walked in after I arrived to be helped before they even went to the computer and pulled my order. Read more
Been to quite a few Jersey mikes and this one had the worst customer service out of all of them, by far. Ordered via the app... and went in a few minutes before my pickup time. Walked in and stood by the pickup counter. Was not acknowledged at all. I sawthey had a large catering order so I was like okay they?re extremely busy they?ll get to me when they can. Time went on, a womanwalks in, goes straight to the counter and orders her sandwich. At this time it has been atleast 10 minutes that I had beenstanding there with nobody even saying hello or asking what my name was for a pickup order. The woman gets her entire sandwichmade and walks out so then obviously I ask ?hey do you guys have a mobile order for Brandon back there?? Since obviously theyweren?t going to ask me. They respond with ?yeah we do but it?s not made yet we just got hit with a big catering order?. Like Ipreviously said I understand that, but when someone comes in and stands there, you don?t even acknowledge them, and then on topof that a random person comes in and just orders and gets there?s right away, it?s extremely aggravating, and at that point itcompletely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. To top it all off, I asked for no cheese on my sub and they put cheese on it,which I picked off, but it was still annoying that after waiting 30 minutes for literally 1 regular cold sub it wasn?t even madecorrectly lol. The last two times they messed up our order. The last time it took 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches. They didn?t put on any... condiments, the bread was all squashed and wrinkly and the didn?t cut them in half. It will be awhile before I return, if ever. Read more
The workers seamed bothered by me even being there. It was lunch time but they were not very busy yet. Sandwich was ok not... great. That night very sick. Food poisoning! Not saying from there.......but it was the only different thing I ate that day.Won't be back! Read more

I ordered a sandwich and a guy with a tattoo of a knife and a cross earring made my sandwich. I asked for it mikes way and when... I got home it was completely dry. No mayo, vinegar or olive. And to top it all off I asked for bacon and they didn?t even putthat on my sandwich. I still ate the whole thing but it was the worst sandwich I?ve ever had there. ordered a takeout order and i was very disappointed with mine and my husbands were so dry they didn?t follow direction to what... each sandwich needed. mine had jalapeños when i didn?t want it and no vinegar and husbands had no mayo they we?re both very dryit?s like they half fast their job. I never had this issue when I go in only when I order takeout, so please pay attention todetail when a customer orders food. Updated review of this place 7/26/22 I ordered my usual sandwich this time a mini when Ipicked up the first half took a few bites all the sudden i look down i see this long strand of hair in my sandwich of coursewent back showed them and they only offered a refund which I said ok fine, but when i asked to receive my tip back as well theysaid they couldn?t refund that portion. My greeting was the only nice part about visiting, she was very nice, some blonde dude clearly a burnout with earrings was way... to baked to be flipping knifes around, then another guy with curly black hair grabbed pickles out of a container and carried itby hand dripping all the way back to grill, also didn't even say thx for coming in or anything, -100% customer service.Extremely dirty, topping everywhere, food hazard. no clean tables.
