One of the best burgers I?ve had in a while. Fries were extremely hot, burger was fresh and hot. The onion rings are fantastic.... The building is quite small for the amount of business they get, the line easily goes out the door with more than 5 people inline. Other than that really good food. Better than Burgerville IMO. I had never heard of this place but saw the sign as I was coming through the intersection. I decided to give them a try. Simple... menu with options for a single or double patty. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with fries and a all drink. $13 seemed veryreasonable given the space they occupy. I remember looking at the fries when my food was brought out thinking they look kind ofsmall but more than enough of them. Then I shoved a couple in my mouth and was very surprised how perfectly cooked and saltedthey were. I shoved many more in before turning to the burger. Again very surprised how perfectly executed everything was. Itwas delicious. I am very rarely compelled to do a review of a burger and fries but today changed that for Joe's. I am both happyand unhappy that this place is so far from where I live. I would come back way too often if it were closer. Read more

Great burger but if they put the lettuce on top instead of the bottom it wouldn't get hot, but that is just my opinion besides... that it's a great burger joint to grab a quick bite to eat Read more

I was in the mood for a burger and this did not disappoint!! Ordered the cowboy burger cause who doesn?t love onion rings on a... burger?! Fries were crispy and plentiful, we split an order and still didn?t finish them all. Would recommend it and will beback. Nice patio seating, covered. Read more

I've been going to Joe's for years. The staff is always kind and friendly. Everyone always smiling. My food to go was packed... nicely and with care. Yes, its spendier than other burger places but you get what you pay for and that's quality anddeliciousness and its worth every penny. Read more

I ate my only meal from here today and got sick. I had a milkshake, cheeseburger, fries, and attempted to eat a "crispy" chicken... sandwich, but had to stop after two bites because it clearly wasn't cooked properly and was more mushy than anything else. Ialso bought a hot dog, but didn't eat any of it because everything else was so gross. The fries were so salty that I couldn'teat them. The milkshake tasted more like icey milk. The burger honestly tasted like nothing. I heard the Bridgeport location wasgood from a food influencer and hoped this one was too, but I should have gone literally anywhere else than here. Safe yourselfthe stomach ache and eat elsewhere. This was my first time eating here and will definitely be my last. Read more

Stopped to try Joe?s Burgers today with my daughter at the Sherwood location. What a horrendous experience all around, and they... weren?t even busy. First kind of turn off was the unclear menu prices. When a menu is ?ala carte? it should just say ?ala carte?and not have a bunch unclear notations slapped haphazardly on the menu board pertaining to combos. Even the person taking ourorder said combos were a different price depending on what you ordered, but not all were listed. Not the right thing for a newbusiness to do, but I can do simple math, so OK. When asked if I?d like a receipt, I said yes. If you look at the attachedreceipt you can see it doesn?t add up because their register does not print the extra items charged for a combo meal or what thedifferent amount is between say onion rings or regular fries. So, the person taking our order had to go through the charges withme since really there was no rhyme or reason at that point. Next was the disappointing ?ice cream? milk shakes. I call foul onthat claim, most definitely ?ice milk? since they were both mostly chucks of ice with flavoring mixed in. Since we had placedour orders to go and we?re almost home, just ended up throwing out the milkshakes and taking the loss. However, when I took thefirst bite of my burger and realized it was raw that was the ultimate gross out. My daughters was a little more cooked, butstill raw in my opinion and would not have passed a state food inspection. I got back in the car and drove back to Joe?s BurgersSherwood so they could see the raw meat they served (picture attached). I gave one star because they did refund my money, however, I?ll have to wait a few days to see if it posts back to my credit card. Eat at Joe?s in Sherwood at your own risk, notworth the money. I've been eating at Joe's burgers for years, ever since I found their stand in Bridgeport Village. I hope this location will... maintain the quality I've come to enjoy from this brand. My most recent experience wasn't ideal. The sweet potato fries weregood, service was fast and friendly. Halfway through the burger, I noticed a weird taste. I had ordered the plain basicburger, but it appears I was given the cheeseburger with grilled onions. The onions looked a bit different from others I'veseen in the past, and I didn't care for the taste. That's why I ordered the basic hamburger, which does not include theonions. I will come back and hopefully have a better experience. Read more
