Horrible custumer service bad bad hospitality .burn chicken n jun barely any sauce
The food was fresh like it was just made and clean.all that I mentioned was during lunch rush and that is what impressed me the... most. I was very pleased with my visit I also had my 93 year old mother with me so it's disabled friendly. Read more
Never again! Stopped to use the restroom and planned on ordering food to go. Until some teenager boy yelled at me "The lobby... is closed! That's why the sign is on the door!!!" I did see a sign on the door saying that on some nights, the lobby wouldclose earlier than usual, but since it was 9:00pm on a Saturday night and the door opened, I assumed the lobby was indeed open. I passed other staff and no one mentioned the lobby was closed. So, instead of going through the drive thru like I hadintended, I went to Burger King instead. They were happy to have my business. Maybe teach your staff some basic manners andhow to communicate politely with customers. Read more
I brought my 3 Year old grandson and the tables, floors and play structure were filthy. No one cleaned anything in the hour ++... we were there. I worked at McDonalds. 1980-82, our cleanliness standards were top notch! I will never go back. Read more

McDonalds has always been a go- to for bathroom breaks when on the road . Usually grab cup of coffee or sandwich to show... appreciation for them letting us use their facilities... usually their open and don't mind. Thanks McDonalds!!! Read more
This location has not one but TWO signs asking for us to have our payment ready which is really rude. It takes a long time for... someone to greet you at the menu speaker, the wait to get to the payment window takes forever and then when you do get to thefront, they either ask you to park or get your order wrong. The only thing good about this location is the nice girl with thecute accent. She's a sweetheart. Read more
