We were greeted kindly as we entered. Food was fresh and hot. Service was fast. The lobby was pretty cold.
I used to love the walnut shrimp! Now it tastes kinda 'stale' when I get it. And the noodles were quite dry...I'm not sure bit... maybe they changed their recipe(s)? The new Beyond Chicken was actually pretty tasty though. And the staff is pleasant and theline goes pretty fast. Read more

Sherwood's panda food has been deteriorating over time, but tonight they crossed thr line, They closed early!! Online it says... all of the Pandas in the area close at 9:30pm. Well I arrive at 9:05, and they already have the doors shut and cleaning up.That's fine if they want to close at 9 on a Sunday, they better make sure their published hours online reflect that. There were3 other cars in parking lot who thought Sherwood closed at 9:30pm. Panda better get some better employees and some better foodor they will be losing lots of customers. Read more
I used to love coming to this Panda Express until they would not make food at a certain time before closing. The other night (30... minutes before closing) I wanted to order a family feast and they didn?t even have enough for that. At least make smallerportions. The worker was very rude and said this is all we have?other people were walking in to. I ended up leaving because ofthe horrible service. Really disappointing. I appreciate the point of not wanting to waste food but your business is losingsales. It seemed more laziness and they were already cleaning up about 30 minutes before closing. I won?t go here anymore andsupport the other Panda in Wilsonville who always has enough food. What frustrates me more is that my kids were excited to getthe food and the fact they didn?t have enough food made when they had plenty in the back and could have made it. If I was theowner or manager I would be embarrassed. Loss of sales. On another side note they need to correct the hours of operation ongoogle. Horrible experience, i work in retail I am pretty laid back. And all my reviews here are about the customer and employee... interactions. I got to say please send your employees back to training. Stop it with the nickel and dime hustling. LISTEN toyour CUSTOMERS! man I hate to be that guy but gosh darn it you guys ticked me off. I usually go here every Sunday. Most times, I'm very happy with this location's chow-mein. However this time when I ordered a... large, it was barely 80% full and was very burnt. Don't get me wrong, I still love Panda Express. Read more
