Won?t return. A scramble was ordered and a very greasy omelette was presented. We said we asked for the scramble eggs, the... waitress took it away and was back in less than three minutes! The cook simply took a knife to the omelette and chopped it upand threw it back on the plate! Asked to speak with the manager. He told the waitress to comp the meal, but didn?t have thedecency (or guts?) to come talk with us. All our meals very greasy and odd tasting-even the coffee was off. Our waitress wasvery sweet and embarrassed at what she was serving. Manager very unprofessional. Understand now why wasn?t busy. Never again! Read more
This chain of restaurants was recommended to us by a friend who ate there frequently. We went there yesterday for lunch. A sign... in the window read "This is a sign that you NEED pie" so that's what I had for lunch...a slice of marionberry pie and a scoop ofice cream. Oh, and they warm the pie up for you too. I was in two days ago and was impressed by the staffs professionalism and patience dealing with a belligerent customer. I?ve... been here many times and the service is great, the food is delicious and it?s always clean and friendly. There were two womenworking while a man was harassing them clearly upset about not being served alcohol because he did not have identification andwas clearly already inebriated. He harassed them and they were polite and courteous throughout, even during his tirade. when itcame time to pay for his meal, they needed his ZIP Code in order to manually enter his card information, he claimed they mustwant his ZIP Code to follow him home, which is obviously absurd. He was clearly upset about not being served alcohol ???? Iespecially enjoyed Savanna, a very kind server who held her own beautifully. I hope this establishment commends these women fortheir professionalism and dedication to their customers. Read more
Ordered food for pickup this am for lunch. Person on the phone must have been having a bad morning. 2/3 of the lunches were... inedible because ordering instructions were not met. Called and talked to Kim. Very nice person and she put things right. Anyone can have a bad day. My sandwich was great. Would go back again. Thank you Kim. Read more
The staff was great, some people are far to hard on these guys especially with so few working. Always remember that if the door... opens then consider yourself lucky these days. My only thing is I wish Shari?s perhaps updated their diners, I?m all for theclassic old school style but a simple refresh would make it feel better vs the ?it is old? style they have going on. Had a little bite to eat before getting some things done for the day. I ordered the meat lovers skillet and had marionberry... mimosa is pretty yummy. Fast service for 10am and staff very professional. Read more
I came in for a free Veteran Breakfast today. My server was Kim and she did a wonderful job and had a great attitude.
