They messed up my order and it wasn't the first time. But I ordered a mocha today and they gave me a caramel macchiato. The cup... was even labeled mocha. I really don't like caramel so I couldn't even drink it. So disappointed. I'm going to avoid thisparticular Starbucks. Read more

I visited this location on Sunday. Towards the end of the evening a lady started obnoxiously yelling and being verbally abusive... to the staff. The entire crew handled the situation so well and with such class. They were all incredibly professional and kind.Customer service is tough but these employees made it look easy. I go here often and always feel welcome. The staff is great and the drinks are consistent and good. Plenty of parking nearby.
Multiple time I use the drive through and the drinks have spills on lids. Clean your lids and cups BEFORE handing it out. As a... customer we are paying top dollar for service! *Edit* This morning I got my first hot Pike and on got a lovely surprise ofgrounds in my cup. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is out of necessity not because I like it. I will be continuing mypatronage elsewhere. Read more
Come here often with my son, they ALWAYS make the drinks way to hot, I have to consistently go back up and ask them to pour cold... milk in for my son or make my drink. I guess I have to ask them to make it a certain temp everytime I order? That or they arejust reheating already hot milk. Not good. Don't have issues with any other Starbucks but this one. Read more
