I was the only one standing in line and I stood there for at least a minute well Vanessa was staring down at her phone and... seemed a little annoyed when she had to start helping me. It's Starbucks. You know exactly what you are going to get. This place is fast and efficient. I ordered my usual Caramel Latte... with the app and they had it ready to go faster than I could get there. Can't beat it. On this particular Saturday morning, theywere friendly and greeted me as I swept in, grabbed my joe, and got out of there. I will stop by again when I am in the area. Read more

Usually great service, but I waited this morning from 5:35 to 6:10 while two female baristas dribbled past me without even... acknowledging my presence outside and proceeded in the dark behind a locked front door to stock the pastry bin. If you are doingholiday hours (April Fool's Day?), contrary to the hours listed on your door, first post the late opening and greet and meet andapologise to us regular early risers! Faster than the other Starbucks in Sherwood but still slow. Will not go to stàrbcks again.
Usually pretty quick about getting drink orders out. I've gotten the wrong thing a couple times otherwise when they're rushed.... The baristas are always friendly. Read more
