Seems to always close early without any signage or prior warning. Every time I've come here past 8pm they've been closed. Their... signs and online says they're open until 9. Other than that, no complaints. When they are actually open the employees are alwaysfriendly and the sandwiches are always great. This would be a 5 star rating if I hadn't so frequently the experience of showingup during business hours to find them shut down. Read more

Honestly I used to eat subway so much until I cam to this one. One time it took me 30 minutes to get my sandwich with 2 other... people in line. They were out of meatballs 3 days in a row and I had to order that tuna looking stuff that looks exactly likefriskies cat food. When I got jalapeños I counted at least 8 stems, honestly subway I'm not mad I'm just disappointed youturned into such a lousy fast food company mascarading as "health food". I am sorry for the young lady by herself at 12:30 (noon). Many customers waiting too long. A call in customer was told 15... minutes more. He was upset because he had called it in 30 minutes prior. She hurried so much that the sandwiches were not reallyfinished. She also had to tend the cash register. The manager or owner of this location should be replaced. Read more

It would be easier to have a station to make ur own sandwiches. Staff is slow and scary to think these kids are working back... there. The younger generation is going to ruin this country and parents are breeding weak kids. Took 30 min to order and makea meal. Read more

Was told they were closed 10 minutes ago all items still available in counter girl on phone in backroom, very dissapointung... since the store had been closed pretty much everyday for 2 weeks Been Here at walmart for 2 gou4s 5 pm now 6.48pm and it'sscreens have been closed the whole time, 3 girls runn8ng in and out giggling, why can't we give negative stars? Staff is under trained and inexperienced in basic level customer service. They were out of everything and it wasn't sure to... supply chain issues. The person in charge didn't order enough supplies and the staff didn't prep for a busy day. But that wasn'tthe worst part. The worst part was trying to work with them. I kept changing my sandwich choice only to be told in standardteenager slouch "we're out of that". Not once did either kid make a recommendation or divulge what they did actually have. Read more

Came in to pick up my online order as scheduled. I was greeted by the man starting a sandwich that he was making an online order... and it would be a few minutes. I let him know that I was there to pick up an online order and he confirmed he was making it formy order. I had to wait and extra 14 minutes for him to make one sandwich while two other workers made sandwiches and checkedthe person that came in after me out. I asked a worker that appeared to be leaving with her sandwich if they were aware of thescheduled pick up time for an online order and she told me "No". I let her know that my sandwich was supposed to be ready at 2pmand she said nothing. This was a lie because pick up time is printed on the receipt. Terrible service. I won't be going back.They don't seem to care or know what they are doing. Read more

Today my experience was terrible. Ordered sandwiches ahead of time, app said they?d be ready at 1:15. Got to the store at 1:25... and nothing was ready. The person making our sandwiches then kept stopping to make walk-in orders while we waited, in the store,for our online order to be ready. Once we arrived into the store, we should have been the first priority - not others as theycame into the store after us. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if nothing will be ready and my order keeps being putaside to take care of others? Read more
