Waiting at the drive through for over 15 minutes, by the time I got to order breakfast menu was done, I get there before 11:00... put my order in at 11:17. Very disappointed, drive through's are supposedly faster, apprently not so much at Emerald Hillslocations! Read more

Slow service, only two team members working and seemed very overwhelmed. I was surprised by multiple system errors during... payment processing. Usually I do not comment on food, but the execution here was awful. The gravy was too thick, and packagedsideways. To the credit of their packaging, it didn?t leak, despite the lid only being half on. This A&W is located in a PetroCanada, that also didn?t impress. I would skip this stop altogether. Read more
