Ordered a chicken wrap, it was half ice cold and half warm, not the first time they do this. I get they are busy but it is not... enjoyable to eat it like that- they are usually served warmed completely. I have a limited lunch break so could not go back toget it fixed. Read more
Went to this booster juice for the first time the other day- went in, only one staff member. He was busy making another order,... didn't even acknowledge that a customer walked in the door. We decided on our order and stood there waiting for him to come tohelp us. Never came to help, continued doing his other order, and never even looked at us (almost seemed to try to avoid us). Wewalked out and went to one of the many other locations. Would not recommend it! Read more
Was disappointed when staff was short with me and got our order wrong. Dusty shelves and out of date advertising around the... store. Worst part is no food was being made with gloves and unfortunately saw staff scratch their head, then continue to preparefood without gloves. Unsanitary and unprofessional. Read more
Please update your new hours online and post them on your door. Your sign with the hours gets unplugged while closed so people... don't know what your real hours are. On a plus- Drinks themselves taste a lot better than other locations. Read more
Came to booster juice this morning 20 minutes after they open at 7:00. Workers were in the building but the doors were locked... and they would not let us in. I guess its not standard for businesses to open when they say they do anymore, if there wassomething out of the ordinary they could at least let us know. Lost business today. Read more
Very bad customer service .. they didn?t follow the instructions. I ordered orange juice and carrot juice they gave me the wrong... item and the orange juice she didn?t made it fresh. She just put some orange juice from the large bottle of minute maid. Andthen i said them you gave me the wrong item I ordered for carrot juice that I mentioned in the notes. She said we don?t read theinstructions and I don?t know how to made carrot juice. Then why she work there if she don?t know how to made fresh juices andthey made orange juice and the carrot juice like this. Also she talked we her manager. She says that if they want these itemsagain then they have to pay again. What kind of services is this. They treat their customer like foolish. Read more
The girl behind the counter provided a dedicated service my smoothies was ready in minutes, over all the entire store kept in... great shape. Booster Juice always the great place to enjoy a cold protien booster drink in hot summer days. Read more
