This place needs to train waitresses on the way they speak to a customer . Went last week , Ordered cactus cuts to start, took... almost a half hour. We were there right at opening 11am. No one was there yet so no clue why everything was in slow motion.Anyways, the cactus cuts came wayy overcooked and burnt. Had to flag down a waitress to get it fixed . It was charred. so gross.The waitress we flagged down wasn't happy she came to the table . Bubble Blondie said "sup" or "what's up" couldn't hear overthe negative stuck up tone. Asked if we could exchange these as they were over cooked and burnt. Yes im repeating myself. Shesaid, IN SUCH a gross way "oh you didn't order them well done " since WHEN in the last 3 years, I have been ordering them, canyou " request" well done? "Yeah yeah will get it fixed" then they came back soggey and undercooked. What is that to you? Rare?Seriously. It's not a steak . Gave up then and there. Our main waitress with glasses, no idea what her name was, kept gettingour drinks wrong and had the personality of a tree trunk. Didnt know where she was half of the time. She didn't even speak whenshe hovered over waiting for us to pay . My husband still tipped over 25% because he felt bad for the chef NOT the waitresses.After glasses saw the tip, it was the ONLY time our waitress had a smile. The way we were spoken to made me check for spit inour food every dish that came out. Very very bad customer service ,good beet salad and carbanora pizza. Read more
My husband and I went in for lunch today, after waiting awhile to be seated in a restaurant with 2 tables that had people at it,... we should have left at that point. But we stayed the only waitress seemed overwhelmed with the now 3 tables and eventually6/7tables In total. When she came to give us our drinks I asked if we could order, she replied with I don't even have my notepad and walked away. She came back 3 min later took out order. We got our food eventually (longer then normal wait). When wewere ready to leave with jackets on she was no where to be found. We went to the front a couple was waiting for a table, and nostaff anywhere. My husband went to the bar to ask to pay our bill, and let them know a couple needed a table. Here he found thewaitress sitting at a table with other staff. And her passive don't care addittude was not needed. When we were very nice andthanked her all the way through our meal (when she showed up to the table). Won't be coming to this location anymore. Read more
I did take out last night.. 2 medium.pizza.. One was pepperoni - not enough pepperoni on it not enough sauce and felt like pizza... wasn't cooked long enough Other medium.pizza was BBQ chicken which was delicious other side was ham mushrooms and onion.. thatside of PIZZA was not very good at all.. You think pizza would be top notch from a place called Boston pizza... Also orderedkids spaghetti with meatballs and sauce in side which was good. Brought my 1 year old here for birthday dinner, I ordered for him off the kids menu and they cooked his fries in the same oil as... they do their spicy cactus cut potatoes without warning us this is standard for them. He was screaming it was so spicy, hecouldn't eat anything after that. All they did was offer to comp his meal (since he couldn't eat it anyways). Warn people ormake a change. Read more
This BPs is always good, large lounge, older location but still good. BPs has great happy hour, Cat is always a good... bartender. They have lots of vlts and tvs as well which is nice. Right off the Henday and Wye road which is nice, parkingis always easy too. Plenty of beer on tap and they have twisted tea on tap as well. Read more
I am a regular for lunch at this location. (Bar side) And as of the last month or so it’s gone down. No staff for lunch hour... (12-1) The last 3 times I’ve gone. I’ve had to go up for the bill or for any service at all for that matter. The server doesnot check in for refills or to see if anything is wrong. She stands at the computer chatting with the other staff. My coworkers and I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. Read more
Went here for snacks after a night out at Sherwood Bowl and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and our server was... personable and quite funny! The food was excellent as were the drinks we enjoyed. The prices were also very reasonable, madeeven better by happy hour pricing. I look forward to returning in the future. Read more
I went here with a friend and our server Megan was awesome! Full of vibrant energy, attentiveness and a witty sense of humour;... Megan went above and beyond to make our stay fun, stress-free and memorable. Thanks for making it more than just a lunch outwith a couple of friends Megan, you're a star!
