Food was okay and portions were smaller than expected!! Got two pizzas one large and one medium and 2 appetizer dishes. Wish I... took pictures to show how small our portions were the appetizers were ridiculously small not nearly enough to share betweenthree people. The calamari was not good and it was exceptionally small I’m talking the size of my thumb some of those rings.Pizzas were also quite small for the “large” and “medium”! Came here on a Sunday the service and food was horrible. The staff seemed to have just given up because they wanted to close the... restaurant and go home. Our server didn’t give us plates for our food until we asked which isn’t a big deal but there wereonly a few other customers so it was not like they were swamped. We got disgustingly oily cactus cuts that were barely cooked.The server did not ask us for refills and didn’t bring us new plates for our mains. No garlic bread with the pasta. Pizzatasted like cardboard. We had to ask for most things because the server was busy chatting up her coworkers. The food was just asbad as the service. I did not get good service here. Came to the lounge here after golfing with my grandpa, brother, and dad for father's day and we... were looking forwards to some food while the hockey game was on. My grandpa and brother arrived before us and waited 10 minutesto be noticed even though the lounge was half full and everyone was already eating. The server said she'd be right back andnever came back. After my dad and I joined them we waited another 15 minutes, waiving at servers and them walking away andtalking/hanging out at the bar. Nobody even came in after us. Finally we waive someone down and she quickly takes our drinkorder and leaves, took 10 minutes to recieve them IN THE LOUNGE. We are 35 minutes into our stay here at this point and haven'teven given a food order. The server who got our drinks apparently gave away our table so she could talk at the bar because adifferent one came up to take our food order. Food was made fast but (fault of Boston pizzas, not the cooks or staff) portionsare very small for the price, bandera bread has 10 small wedges for almost 20 bucks, a wings order is 8 of the smallest wingsyou'll find. We order the calamari as we had gift cards to use up and that is the smallest calamari you could find, they are noteven as big as a ring you would wear on your finger. We couldn't even be interested in buying dinner here after brutal serviceand their menu delivering weak portions and basic taste that you could out do at home. The food issue is on the company as thecooks must not have been busy, they cooked fast, the service was very very weak considering we could see them standing aroundand everybody else was served. Typically a great Boston Pizza but my last time there was not so great. I have been to this location plenty of times over the... past 6 or so years. The food has always been great and so has the service in the dining room. However in the bar area theservice was appalling. It took us 10 minutes to get our drinks (and it wasn’t even busy) and 40 minutes to get our appetizer.The food was still good but the service ruined the experience. Our server decided to stand and chat with coworkers lots which initself is not a problem but doing that while patrons are waiting is not. I had to go and a server so I could pay and she wasvery snarky and rude. Other than that unpleasant experience I still say this is a great place to visit. Read more
By far the worst Boston Pizza I have ever visited. Resturant itself was filthy - dirty floors, dirty table, dirty menus,... washrooms looked like they were never cleaned. Staff looked overwhelmed and 'thrilled' to be there. No one came to our tablefor close to 20 min. Food orders were incorrect incredibly slow in coming and what did come was low quality. Oreo milkshake -they made it with citrus slush........milk based drink mixed with citrus slush......let that sink in. Not evenpalatable. Overall - find another BP location to visit as it is clear this one has set a new low standard. Read more
