Great wings...Open late...Will order again.

My wife and I have ordered from here a lot since the pandemic started but in the past couple months their quality and service... has plummeted and our last order will be our last order. 40 minutes after the estimated time of arrival I call the restaurantand was assured the driver had just been dispatched?. only to arrive at my house 50 minutes later. I can handle my food takinglong to arrive but not an 1.5 hours after the estimated time. Unsurprisingly the food was ice cold and had to nuke everything. Previous review was 5 stars. Our latest experience was quite different. Order was 50 minutes late and ice cold. We texted them 3... times & called during the late window & gave them an in app review to give them a chance to correct the issue but no response.We like their food, but not late & cold. Excellent. We ordered a burger, steak sandwich & salad. Extras were deep fried cheesecurds. Oh my, so good. Everything was still fresh & hot. Order came faster than expected. Ordered from here using Skip. An hour later our food showed up missing half the order. I called the restaurant right away and... they assured me they would rectify the issue and have the missing half of our order on its way shortly. Another hour passes andno food. I call the restaurant back and the menu option I first used just rings and rings. So I call back and request to speakto the culinary staff. This is when I learned the rest of our order was never even made and nobody knew anything about itneeding to be re-sent. We will be skipping this place from now on and ordering from Browns, which is honestly better anyway. Somuch for supporting local. Read more

The food here is literally so terrible that they have to pretend to be nine (yes literally nine)different restaurants on Uber... Eats, and Skip the Dishes in order to get any business, because anyone that's ordered from one of their nine differentrestaurant names would never, ever order from there again. If you don't believe me, look up "tomato bisque" or "field mushroomsoup" on either app. You'll find that the same soup with the exact same description, at the exact same price will come up fornine "different" restaurants. Ordered two orders of their "Tomato bisque" ...these dudes straight up sold me on tomato paste. Straight tomato paste. I... ordered using skip, im out of town for work so skip is my go to during this pandemic. They charge a delivery fee, cool, theythen take care of delivery themselves and get a courier tip out of it. Get a text from the driver stating that he or she cantbring it up to me..all good..but the person Blaintently lied texting and saying the hotel doesn't allow delivery drivers insidefor deliveries. Every one of my skip orders has knocked on my door, why lie? Lol cool take the delivery fee and the tip. I evenreply saying that I haven't had issues with any other order but ok. Get a text again "I'm now 2 min away" (completely disregardsmy text) I reply "headed down", legit one min later, before I get to the elevator I get a text "ur orders been delivered in thelobby thanks." Lol now I'm stuck with like half a liter of tomato paste and a half a loaf of bread. LOL. Driver could've justhad a bit more tact, I dunno lol Just head over to Walmart and buy real Campbell's tomato soup. Like 2$ a can, cant go wrong.Not tomatoe paste. Legit biter tasting, no seasoning to it at all which would make it a bisque. Blaintant lies. Could've atleasttossed some pepper in that paste, dang. I keep editing this bcuz im in such disbelief. Tried this restaurant last night and we were dissapointed. My wife ordered the teriyaki rice bowl which came with very little... sauce and a very dry piece of chicken breast. I ordered the meatloaf which was well seasoned but why would you put the salad inwith the entree when you deliver?? Ended up with some pretty soggy lettuce. The mac and cheese bites, which we all were veryexcited about, were average at best. I would think this restaurant might be a gem for eat in but the take out wasn't impressiveat all. Read more

One of the best restaurants in Sherwood Park. Always amazing quality food and service. They have so many gluten free options and... are very knowledgeable. If you?re a celiac you?re in for an amazing treat. They?ve even called me when I?ve ordered somethingnot gluten free to tell me I couldn?t eat it.
