Just went through the drive through and the young ladies were so much fun. I ordered the veggie burger which always takes a... long time to cook but those girls made the time go swiftly by. They make a very good team and we were able to have a fewlaughs. Will def. go here again. Read more

This Harvey?s is by far the worst Harvey?s!! Every single time we give them another try we are disappointed!! Burger was ice... cold again, bun was hard..seriously! Asked for well done onion rings got cold soggy ones that tasted like old oil!! What is itwith this place??? They need some coaching from the Edmonton Westend Harvey?s and the one in Spruce Grove!! The French fries were room temperature at best bordering on cold and the sandwich was nothing special. For $11.60 your better... off to go to Wendy?s. Likely will not be back to Harvey?s for a long time. Read more

This is an update of a review I did June 14/22, I hit a bad night. The manager was immediately responsive. She listened, was... respectful and professional, and told me their best practices of follow up with both staff and customer. I was impressed. Igenerally go with if you don?t make a ?mistake? as an employee you don?t learn, right? Today I was treated both with areplacement meal but also with the speedy and great customer service I know to expect from Harvey?s/Swiss Chalet here inSherwood Park. Nicole?s reception of the situation when I went in today was warm, friendly, and super efficient. Thank you somuch! Read more

I love flame broiled burgers and Harvey?s has them. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers and the fact that you can put on whatever... condiments you want. The Angus Burger ???? was great. We also ordered the poutine and it was good. We dined in and the ambiancewas nice. The restaurant is part of Swiss Chalet so the washrooms are on the Swiss Chalet side. We enjoyed the food and willreturn at another time. As a side note Harvey?s also serves alcohol. Read more

Patty's were burnt and had to ask for a fresh one, still burnt. Fries were cold. Had to wait to get fresh ones. With that many... staff, you'd think things would be fresh. This is the only Harvey's this had happened to me at. Edit - Well, they got back to mevery quickly, and no less than 3 people dealt with the issue. In the end, they gave me a e-coupon that basically replaced themeal that I wrote about above, and gave me a whole $3 on top of it. Just for the record, I won't use the coupon. I'll still eatat Harvey's, just not this one. Read more
