Just had a great meal at this location. Walked in an hour before closing and Mary F our server was friendly and the service and... food was fast and delicious. Would definitely eat here again! Ordered a classic avocado toast with a side of fresh fruit and eggs benny with a side of potatoes. Giving low stars because the... food had zero flavor, very bland. The sauce on eggs benny was too tangy and tasteless that even store bought pack is better,avocado toast was very basic - just avocadoes and tomatoes, no seasoning, not even salt and pepper, no lime nothing. WOW!! What happened to IHOP!! Went to this one in Sherwood Park for our first time. I?ve been to ones in Edmonton and elsewhere... and their experiences were great! Not Sherwood Park! Kids have never been to an IHOP and were looking forward to the experience.Well? what a disappointment. Very underwhelming place. Dirty; just looked like no one cares. Typical portioned chain food. Notlike it used to be! And tell me why you?d put a stack of pancakes on a plate the same size as the pancakes?? You put syrup andstuff and guess where it ends up!! No wonder the menus were sticky. If you want good pancakes/breaky; just go to Dennys!! Geez?. Read more
Took my kids here today, never got checked on while eating. My son needed a refill for his drink I had to ask for it at the end... for him to wash down his food. I got brought the wrong pancakes and didn?t realize and no one came to ask how it was and Ibasically didn?t see my server again until I started piling dishes at the end of the table. We have been to this particular IHOP a few times and it seems we always get the same server. I think its because Kim is so... wonderful to us and the other people she is trying to look after that our breakfast outing is so good. The food is great. Read more
Breakfast all day, what more can you ask for. Really had a great experience and enjoyed the food and ambiance. My wife and I... came here with our aunt and uncle. We all enjoyed our food. I loved my omelette and I really like the hash browns. I like itthat a pot of hot coffee ?? is left on the table. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom was also clean. Theportions were a good size and reasonably priced. We were all happy with our selections. Our server was friendly and attentive. Read more
Came here for late breakfast. Ordered spicy Poblano Omelette and stack of pancakes . Pancakes were good but there was nothing... spicy in the Omllette rather it was kind of bland, Even though it was prepared fresh, was fluffy and stuffed well but lacked onthe flavour. I had to get up and go ask for a coffee refill. Overall not too bad of an experience. Read more
Service was excellent. Women's washroom was lovely (I can't rate the men's). My family mostly liked the food (my husband... thought the crepes were too heavy), there was just SO much! We could've ordered half as much for my family of 5. Though myteens aren't big eaters yet. Read more
