I witnessed a true professional at work yesterday and wanted to congratulate the woman working on Aug 29 at 4 p.m. First day of... school and many families were there celebrating with their delicious ice cream. The woman serving us had been dealing withline-ups since 2 p.m. by herself with no help expected until 5 p.m. but was totally calm, friendly, and efficient. No one inline got agitated because we could all see she was working hard to make each persons order to their specifications. She is awonderful role model for my grandson who witnessed calm professionalism at work. He also witnessed customers being respectfuland understanding of someone doing their best in a difficult situation. Read more
Pros: - Very refreshing on a hot summers day - Cool to watch them handle the ice cream on the cold plate - Unlimited... toppings Cons: - I was they had more seating outside - Bathrooms have a sign that say "Employees Only", but I was able to useit after asking - The price is the biggest reason why I wouldn't come back. Way to much for some ice cream. McDonalds has a conefor a third of the price. Although it would just be a plain vanilla cone. Read more
The ice cream is absolutely ridiculously priced. They mash it around on the slab adding what you want to it for too long, that... when you get it in the cone it's literally dripping everywhere. While it tastes good, I didn't enjoy it at all. It was dripping everywhere and I couldn't eat it fast enough. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Wouldn't go there again asthe prices are just outrageous. . Read more

Service has been excellent here. The quality of ice cream is also top notch. Pricey. But very good for a treat once in a while.
The last couple of times I purchased ice cream (cheesecake) (last was 2015) I found it had zero flavour, but I thought I?d try... again this Easter weekend, and STILL zero flavour, complete waste of money & so disappointing. This was the last time(something strange about the texture too)?too bad used to be great. Read more
