Absolutely disgusted with the behavior of Dorothy at the till today. A little girl went to fill her pop cup and she was told... that she could not have pop because she bought a milk shake. I am just disgusted that this person could do this to a child overone dollar. ONE DOLLAR!!! I purchased the cup and brought it to the child's table only to find 2 cups there. One had pop in it.Shame on you and Dorothy has the audacity to say we have rules. I'm sorry but you can afford a 1$ cup for a child. I wish Icould put minus 10 stars for this. Ugh. Read more
This gets 5 stars compared to other McDonald's. I don't love fast-food but of the McDonald's in the area this is the best. ... It's very clean. Good seating and decor. Service is good and portion size is good. Occasionally their fries are limp. However, they are still much better on all fronts than the other local McDonald's. Read more

I was in the drive thru today for my coffees, at the pick up window an XL black coffee was passed to me and I accepted the... coffee by grasping the side as shown in MacD literature This method works well providing one key step is taken by the peoplepreparing the coffee the lid must be firmly in place. The lid being locked is a very important part of the stabilization of thesides of the cup. I ended up with hot black coffee all over me and the interior of my car. This was 1 of 2 of my coffees. When Iyelled out as the hot coffee burned my hand and legs the young lady on the window closed the window. I had to tell out to haveher open the window, take the coffee back and ask for some napkins. Then she closed the window again. Then the window opened andshe passed the coffee to me, I could see a manager looking at me from behind the girl but then she ducked back out of sight. Isuggested they have someone check that the lids were firmly in place be the item is passed to the customer. I did not go insideas I was due at an appointed and had to return home to wash up and change my clothes, clean the interior of my car. This is the2nd time in as many months this has occurred.
