After driving by so many times we decided to give them a try. Great food, warm atmosphere, great prices. The cherry on top was... our incredible server, Mickey. The service she gives is top notch and (unfortunately) not something you find a lot of thesedays. We'd go back just for that alone. I love it here. Used to come here all the time in university, and it's just as good now as it was then. Amazing food and drinks,... and the staff are the icing on the cake. Brought a friend from out of town and he loved it too. Todd is awesome, would love tohear him play again! Read more

Had a very nice lunch at Oscars pub, ordered the two piece fish and chips and a Guinness. The fish and chips were very good and... I love that it comes with a side of peas instead of coleslaw. Oscars pub is a very cool little pub, when we were there it wasvery quiet which was nice, they didn?t have ridiculously loud music playing or a bunch of TVs with a bunch of sports playing, itwas a very nice location to sit back have a great meal grab a pint and visit. After reading many reviews and different opinions of the place was unsure about trying. So glad we did though. Was nice and... bright upon walking in the door and were greeted instantly by Dean who served us. Very cheerful and outgoing! We found out laterthis was the owner which was nice to see the passion he had for the place. The food was amazing and the menu wasn't the usualrun of the mill every where has. Rare to find great food and good prices. Service was excellent. Went on a whim and will definitely be returning in the future.
