We love the food WHEN the order is actually correct. I keep thinking "maybe this time they'll get it right" and going back. I... would say they have about a 30% success rate on getting the orders correct. We got smart and started checking it in thedrivethru before driving off. We learned our lesson after opening it up at home and finding it wrong. I seem to always beannoying or inconveniencing the staff when I order something that has a wait time for it. What I find odd is why is there almost100% a wait time for rice or vegetables....yet people go inside and grab food instantly. I've sat in the car waiting for almost30 mins at times. When they get it right, its good but today was the last time they got it wrong before I left thisreview. Some suggestions: - #1 Ensure the order is correct. Basically inexcusable considering the small amount of items on themenu. -#2 Invest in people with some actual customer service skills or atleast the acknowledgement that customers exist andmaybe treating them with a little decency wouldn't hurt - #3 For a place that serves basically buffet style food, at the actuallunch our (noon) have food available so customers don't have to wait 10, 15, 20 mins. Waited 15 minutes for cold food with no noodles or chicken. I was served a plate of onions and celery with a sprinkle of Beijing... beef. Atrocious food and terribly overpriced considering the portion size. They should honestly be embarrassed!!!! I will nevereat here again. Read more

Normally we enjoy coming to Panda Express, but not today. Worst service ever! Fountain drinks doesn?t work, waiting for food... longer than ever, people not coming and it?s lunch time. Plus asking for a bottle of beverage but because we are waiting for thefood they want us to pay for the drink alone, i said ok I will pay for everything now, anyway they think we are gone run awaywith a bottle? I don?t know but I am feeling that the place is dying and at least in our case won?t come again, at least not tothis location. I went here to dine in with my family in a busy hours but the staff were able to manage everyone smoothly and being so friendly.... The food is so good and fresh, and the staff made sure all our orders are correct and they are very attentive. The place is veryclean. I will definitely come back. Read more

Ordered from Panda Express via DoorDash last week. They messed up my order so badly. Not only did it take them almost 1.5 hours... to make the food and deliver it but one meal was missing. I was told that when I ordered at 6:15, it was pretty much my faultthat the meal was missing as they were busy. SERIOUSLY?. It almost 8 pm by the time our order came to our home. I drove throughWendy?s to get my son his supper as there was no way we were waiting for a meal to be sent out as a replacement at 8pm. Employees were patient and friendly despite my inexperience ordering there. Luck had it that the sides I ordered were almost... depleted, so i got larger portions (who would complain, right????) Food was good! I don't know what else you want from me! Read more

Those ladies working there are really rude and don't know anything about customer service. I went in with my daughter to get... some food and from the minute I entered o felt rushed. The workers appeared annoyed just because we werent familiar with theplance and didnt quite know what we wanted and I couldn't help but feel that they were saying rude things about us in theirlanguage. Anyways many of the items were not available and many others looked like they had been sitting there a long time. Westill just decided to pick what looked good and give it a try. Our order both contained Chiw mein noodles and what was left wasold and mostly onions. I asked if we could get fresh noodles without so much onion. The lady said we would have to wait for anew batch and we said we would. We stood near the counter to watch and we were told to sit further away and they would call uswhen the food is ready. My daughter's order came with a drink and she accidently dropped it. We said sorry and I told mydaughter to just get another one. All the workers just stood there and not one of them said it's OK, or offered another cup oranything. When I got home and opened our food we realized that we waited for nothing. They gave me some of the new noodles andgave my daughter the old noodles full of onions. I had ro drive back and when I got there an employee was sitting in the middleof the puddle of pop my daughter spilled and nothing was done about that. When I complained to the lady who helped sheimmediately got defensive and asked me how I even know the noodles are old. I told her I know because they gave us two ordersand the noodles are not the same. They just casually said they will just exchange it for one with fresh noodles. Save on foods has better Chinese food take out! Don't waste your money hear folks! The fried rice was hard and under cooked! I... was given 5 pieces of chicken with the choice of honey sesame chicken. The shrimp ???? tasted very fishy. I sure hope I don'tnot get food poisoning from them.
