My family and I have been going to pasta pantry since I was a kid. Usually their portions are fair for the prices they charge... but today we were very disappointed. I got the gnocchi, and was charged over $17 with tax for it. There isn?t enough pasta thereto hold even with one hand. The fact that I was charged $17 for this much pasta is disgusting. Will not be ordering there again.They just lost some longtime customers. Read more
Review edited at bottom: We ordered pastichio and Caesar salad. We have on occasion been disappointed with the lettuce in the... salad for the price. Below is a picture of some of our lettuce. A little more quality control might be a good idea. We orderedtakeout again tonight and I spoke to a lady about the previous salad order we had. She immediately did what she could toacknowledge our concern, and make it right. This was much appreciated! Read more
Incredible cheese sauce, and amazing ceaser salad. The pasta itself tastes significantly better then anything store bought.... Staff are kind and very friendly. They obviously take pride in what they do. This is my new spot for a quick lunch or a nicedinner. Will be coming again. Read more
Just came back from this place. Wasnt there long. Purchased an Unlimited pasta that turned into limited pasta. The bolognese... sauce was SO SWEET and sugary. Didn't finish it. The alfredo sauce was watery and tasteless. The chicken parm tasted like it wasmicrowaved the day before. Rockhard. Husband wanted to be nice so he ALMOST finished the pasta. (Which was hard and stucktogether. Dont think they salted the water before putting in the pasta. Daughter didn't finish her spaghetti with bolognesesauce either as it was too sweet . My youngest looked at the food and didnt even want to order. Is the pasta sauce from safewayor something? Chef boyarde? Were the "chefs" having a bad day ? Only good thing was the meatballs, pre packaged ice cream, waterand ceasar salad. 98$ for food i wouldnt even give my dog. The cooking staff looked like they didn't want to be there and wascontemplating life as we know it. Sorry guys I know it's not fancy dining but please up your game with the prices youcharge. I did not find the quality or value in my order , I ordered a large size Caesar salad which Contained what appeared 1/4 cup... bagged parm cheese , completely disproportionate for the amount of lettuce provided Which was partially wilted , for 17.95plus 6.00 for a not fresh chicken breast. And an additional 2.00 for extra dressing which was not fresh ( congealed ) but goodtasting . So 26.00 for lettuce / parm ( I held croutons ) and a refrigerated breast of chicken. You get to pick your pasta and sauce, or you can order Mac & Cheese, Lasagna, etc.. If you order the large while dining in you... get unlimited pasta; all you can eat if you?re up for that. Service is fast and friendly every time I?ve been. They serve glutenfree, vegetarian and vegan options. I really like their veggie pasta sauce as it?s not just cheap marinara (like most pastaplaces.) Keep up the great work guys, the food is always top notch and a definite go to for our family of 5 with a busy schedule. Hand... made daily and fresh ingredients always show in the final product. On our holidays to BC our extended family always requests aPasta Pantry delivery, and for good reason!
