Absolutely loved this place! My husband had a delicious burger and I had the steak sandwich. The steak was seasoned well and... super tender. Our server was friendly and very attentive. I enjoyed the salmon dish. It was also a good size portion. Considering the price, for me, the tuna poke bowl was ok. I was not... personally fan of the mayo?, but the ingredients tasted fresh. The place had good atmosphere and excellent service. Read more
Great place to hold a private party upstairs or just to go for a great meal with friends. Food is always fantastic and the... service was fast and friendly. I would suggest that they have staff try everything on the menu. My wife tends to orderwhatever the server suggests as their "favorite". Give it try. Read more
We are regulars at Polos, we are there at least once a week service is usually great. The last 3-4 visits the service was not... good!! From the waitress forgetting to bring drink to dropping drink orders on the floor. Then last night was the kicker Iordered spaghetti and meatballs and asked the server for Parmesan cheese and brought out a shredded cheese for nachos. I toldher that was not the cheese I just wanted a little Parmesan for the top. She didn’t take the nacho cheese back and stillcharged me for it. Not right in my opinion!! My daughter's and I went there yesterday for the 1st time . The menu was amazing ???? our mouths were watering, then we hoped... it was as good as it sounded. Tonight we ordered dinner from Polos on skip the dishes, unfortunately two small items were missed (no big deal). When we went... to let Skip know about the missing items they make you give a thumbs down which can affect the restaurants score rating, thisreally bothered us as the food was AMAZING and that definitely made up for the minor items missed(easy mistake). I’m hopingby writing a positive review on Google that will help their ratings as it’s absolutely deserved. We would definitely eat hereagain, the food was great quality. Made a reservation for 7:45. Stayed until close. Server was fantastic. Food seemed great, had no issues. The lounge atmosphere... was good our table had a tv at the end. Drinks were delicious. Next time we come through the area I would definitely come hereagain. Read more
