I've always like Press'd, so my terrible experience a few days ago was a surprise. We did a take out order and, when we got it... home, we discovered that one sandwich had the wrong bread and no avocados, and the was mostly sprouts. So disappointing. Icalled a left a voicemail, describing the problems and asking someone to call me. That was four days ago and I've heardnothing. Very disappointed. I won't be back. Read more

I've only been here once and will update if I go again. Service on a Friday night at 5:30 was so slow. I waited 15min - 20min... for 2 sandwiches from a moody employee. This is not acceptable for a sandwich shop. The sandwiches were not cut all the way inhalf which made it hard to handle. Only pro was the sandwiches were rather decent. The sandwiches are so good here!! You can tell they are made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and welcoming.

They really go the extra mile here. I come here often and a mistake happened with my sandwich and they ended up hand delivering... a gift card and cookies to my house. (25 minutes out of town) They are normally really amazing so no surprise but I was reallyshocked that they went that extra mile when they really did not have to. My go to place for sandwiches! I love a good Turkey sandwich so I looked up sandwiches in Sherwood Park and this place popped up. The menu looked pretty good... so I thought I would try it one afternoon. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I went with just the basic Turk NChed. The sandwich itself was ok but I was disappointed with the bread. It was very airy and light. I like a more substantialbread for a sandwich not something that reminds me of plain old Wonder Bread. There was no taste to it. A sourdough would havebeen a nice choice but they strangely do not offer that. The place itself was nice enough and the people working there werekind, I was just left wanting a better sandwich.
