Great pizzas, but it takes long to get your food
My family usually really enjoys Royal Pizza, we have never had any issues. Well tonight my husband ordered the steak sandwich?..... Don?t order the steak sandwich!! It was a joke! A piece of meat delivered in a container! I called and spoke to a manager whichhe laughed! So that tells me he knows it?s a joke and this probably wasn?t the first complaint about it! I seriously hope youguys are not serving this to customers in the restaurant! Do better! Read more
It's usually so good but this last time the dough was still raw on our pizzas & everything was sloppy. For the cost you'd expect... better. Sad because it'll be a long time before we eat from there again???? Read more
Burnt, hard crust , felt like toppings were left-overs. It?s been awhile since ordering pizza from Royal , I was very... disappointed in the quality of the pizza last night. I phone order at 9 pm was told it would be 1/2 hr. When I got there Iwaited 10 minutes no one else was in line and the staff was more interested in closing the place than me, no hello are youpicking up etc / then a curt are you G. Yes oh, here?s your pizza. Drove home to open a mildly warm Stiff /Burnt crust, not whatI expected, after a hard days work, really , really disappointed you have no idea. Where?s the sauce? Had a takeaway pizza last night that hardly had any sauce on it. My hubby and I both had a piece that tasted... like dough with baked cheese. Kind of like a cheese bread but very doughy. Threw it out! What a waste of $24.00.All locationsnow skimp on the sauce whether it?s the pizza or pasta. Last time we had lasagne at the Ellerslie location that consisted of abunch of noodles with a dab of sauce. If you want sauce one must pay an additional fee. The quality is gone as is my patronage.
