Good food but very slow service
No staff?? They served someone before me who I opened the door for and then disappeared. Five minutes waiting, asked for help... three times. No one. Was here on Saturday July 31 had an awesome experience, reason for the extra star, came back today august 2nd for the great... wraps and hopefully a good experience, not sure of her name as there was no name tag worn, she was on shift at 12:00 PM I hopethe company sees this, her attitude is terrible, when we asked twice for a CUP of soup and she proceeded to give us a moreexpensive bowl and got mad when we asked for the cups as we stated two previous times. On top of this all she was short snappyand didn?t seem to want to be there maybe she should find a new job if she hates this one that much! Read more
Stopped in for a subway Melt. Friendly competent staff. Very clean. Only getting 4 stars due to not having the Mac n cheese... which was advertised as being available and for being hard to hear the staff with the loud music playing. Read more
I was happy with this subway and some of the workers are really good and I tip. Today was not good. The male worker was great... the female worker had zero customer service skills, she didn't even talk to me. She took a long time leaving my toasted Subs onthe counter while she was in the back. Zero regard for customer service from that employee. Kind of ruined my afternoon. Read more
Learn how to put toppings on the subs, 3 times we've been there and each time they screwed up! She only puts ALOT of pepper in... one spot, almost no green peppers, stopped putting sauce at 3/4 of the sub, all the pickles were in one spot and onions were allclumped together. I don't care if you're busy or just coming off a rush, take the damn time to put the sub together so I caneat what I paid for. Read more
I went in this evening after work to get subs for my family. There was a woman (Alpa, I think) and a senior gentleman working... the counter. Both gave phenomenal service. The man had a smile even while a customer in front of me was being rude to him. Ivery much appreciated their efforts. Read more
My family and i ate at this location for supper last night Oct 5 2022 and the quality of the subs was very poor and tasted awful... with no flavor. Staff was great but food was o out of 10 and when your charging this much for subs i expect the food to begreat. Not happy and avoid this location Read more
