The gentleman that helped me was good but I had to wait over 10 minutes in line. To then be served at the same time as the... drive thru. It confused me that there were multiple sandwiches in front of me while I only ordered one. He clarified that it?snot for me. The worst part is management must not be experienced in the service industry. Hockey season+ a long weekend makeslunch at this location busy. There should of been someone else there to help. Even if it was the manager if someone called in.You?re salary for a reason, get in and help out. Best Subway I've ever been to! Night staff was great and super friendly.
Ordered tonight for delivery... 2 footlongs.. 4 cookies and 2 pop. Only received 1 of the pop and the one I received was not... even the right kind. 2 of the cookies were the wrong kind and the subs weren't even cut and one was on the wrong bread. The female staff is good and nice. But the male staff have some attitude problem. He stood in front of me without any greeting... (I think he was expecting me to greet him).
