I very rarely have written a review. But was very disappointed with the response of the manager over my steak sandwich on... October 25. The steak ordered medium rare was very hard to cut and more difficult to stick the fork into. The first few biteswere manageable, but soon I was swallowing pieces I couldn't chew. I eventually spit a few mouthfuls in my napkin and left thelast third on my plate. I know I should have said something sooner, but I did not have time to wait for another steak, and Idon't like to complain, my friend's steak was fine, but a different cut. When the waitress took our plates I mentioned theproblem I had with the steak, she asked if I would like it taken off the bill. I said I'd be willing to pay half as I did eatsome. Soon the manager came over, I explained the situation again and. He questioned me why didn't I say something sooner, whydid I eat it and made me feel like I only said something at the end to not have to pay. He asked me what I would like him to doand I said I was willing to pay half. He continued to blame me and I finally just said forget it I'll just pay for it but wouldbe sure to leave a review. He said the waitress asked several times how the meal was and I should have said something. I toldhim she asked once at the first bite. Always have a good experience here. They have plenty of drink options and their food menu is massive. Perhaps even to many... choices for a simpleton like me. I hear they even have jalapeño ranch there! Not sure how they make it though. Read more

Sept 29/5:30. Waitress was terrible, got our orders mixed up, brought wrong food to the table. I don’t know how many times our... table of six (2 couples/2 singles) had to keep sending our bills back as either items missing on the bills or added when theyweren’t applicable. She was trying hard though. They were really busy, yet 2-3 servers were gathered around a table prettymuch the whole time we were there instead of caring for their guests. Food? struggled with the menu to find any plant-based / vegan friendly main dishes. There are no discounts for ordering a main dish... with meat omitted and the only true plant based option is an Impossible meat burger option with a $3(!) surcharge. Won't becoming back. Read more

The guy who took my order was super friendly but honestly I don't know how anyone working... in a kitchen could send this food out the door and feel okay about it!
