Staff have always been friendly, but the drive through set up is awful, especially during busy times. It creates so much... congestion in the parking lot and confusion when cars are coming in from 3 directions. My beverage orders have always beenaccurate but the food orders are hit and miss. The other day I ordered a habenero wrap, grilled cheese a chicken bacon club qndended up with the wrap ... a bagel with cream cheese and BLT... definitely check your food before driving off. Rudest staff ever, very toxic work environment. In all of my visits I always notice the staff in the back fighting with one... another and cursing at each other. The managers/supervisors treat their trainees very poorly and they disrespect them so much. Ionce witnessed a teenager working there being sent home after he biked there because they forgot to tell him that his shift gotcancelled. I recommend tht the whole staff be changed as no one there deserves the position. Read more
I?ve gone here regularly and I just can?t do it anymore. The staff treat you like a second class citizen as you hand over your... hard earned money to pay their wages. They speak in other languages in front of you, which is rude. I miss the days when theyhired older ladies to work there. Read more
The woman who took my order at the drive-through was rude and impatient. I ordered a single thing and she got my order so wrong... I can?t eat it, because i?m allergic to the sandwich she rang in for me. Really disappointed. Read more
They don't train their staff, are constantly changing shifts with little notice, and expect their staff to be on call and able... to come in with hardly any notice. My kid has been working there 6 months and is in tears daily because of how they're treated.Here's a tip. You're short staffed because of how you treat your staff. Maybe stop making tiktoks during the day and actually dosome work instead of expecting the evening staff to do all your work and theirs. You left 2 people on the evening shift, onetrainee and one that doesn't normally work that location and was never trained to close, with only 2 hours to not only servecustomers but do the work that should have been done throughout the day and close the store. Then, when they stay an hour lateto try and get everything done, they're chastised for working overtime without permission. There's so much I could say aboutthis place, none of it good.
