This is a place to ruin your day. I think you guys should hire properly educated people to work here. The female order taker at... the drive thru didn?t hear what I ordered, so I told her I ordered two coffees. Without an apology or going back to make theother coffee, she instead blamed me for my voice not being clear and I should speak louder etc. Excuse me? What kind of customerservice is this? My husband and I go to this T'Hortons regularly and find some low points, but we had our worst experience yesterday. Cold soup,... bread was not fresh and flies were everywhere. We will bring Raid next time, if we come back. Read more
it looks like there?s oil in my latte??? It tastes like the grill??? Don?t order pumpkin spice latte from here. Waste of $5.
I get coffee from this place every day, and half the time I end up spilling it into the sink because it is either burned or... watered down. Quality control and consistency do not live here. Edit: "the NOT so grilled cheese". Props for the fake grillmarks but somewhat melted cheese would also be nice. Read more
This particular Tim's didn't quite deliver. Breakfast sandwiches were put together in a very sloppy, quick way, and were cold.... Service was fine, otherwise, and the seats were clean and the place comfortable, just disappointing food. Read more
I was so amazed when they handled their customers they are awesome
Wife ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon and eggs... asking for "no cheese"... what we got? Two breakfast sandwiches... with 'cheese and bacon' and "no EGG"... I ate both... she wouldn't touch hers, we'll stick with the usual Timmy's we go to andgive Sherwood Park a pass. At least the Mocha was good... Read more
Unfortunately, they never seem to get an order right. If you're on your way to work, whether day shift, night shift or at lunch... break, find some other Tim's. You will constantly be disappointed when you open your bag, as you will see they are eithermissing an item, or did not follow the request to not include certain ingredients in a sandwich, or did not give you the rightsize or drink. Always ask for a receipt from this place, as you will more than likely have to go back to show them they gotsomething wrong. OR, avoid the hassle, and find another location that actually provides the items you paid for. Cheers. Read more
