Very slow service, probably because they're understaffed and unsupervised. Friendly though. What is with the owner of this... outlet! Needs attention, clean the place especially the washroom! Get some help for the two or three people who work there. Read more

Very dirty establishment, tables and chairs are dirty, not cleaned. Floor is not sweeped. Looks dark and dirty. Windows look... like someone just wiped with a wet cloth. Disgusting, and it smells like it hasn?t been cleaned with disinfectant at all. Read more

I have been going to this Tim Horton location for years, and because of this, am on a first name basis with some of the staff. ... It was a great environment. I say "was" because staffing has changed. Not the first time, but this time, the change is notfavorable to this locations previous excellent service rating. Some of my familiars are gone. My favorite employee Talon, whois very good at his job, I haven't seen for a while. Hopefully just taking a much deserved vacation. He was always there. Thestaff they have now, I'm sorry to say, is not good at all. No sense of urgency. Take forever to put together the food order. Every time I come into the store now, there is a pile of people waiting for their order. None of them looking happy, sorry tosay. The girl who is now putting the food together can't seem to multi-task and is very slow. Stands around waiting for a wrapto finish pressing, when she could start on the next order. Frequently chit chatting with her fellow employee instead onfocusing on the task. Maybe it's work related, but can't tell since it's not in English. Bottom line is, the level of servicehas gone way down hill from where it used to be, and since I'm a frequent visitor, I would know. This is not about being fairbecause they are busy. The previous staff were all very efficient during busy time. This is about the current staff beinginefficient even when it's not busy. And not caring that what I ordered was not what was made and then looking at me strangelybecause, no, I'm not going to accept that. And then when they made what I ordered, it was missing pieces and was clearly not upto standards. Wish I'd taken a picture to show here. It's really a shame, because it used to be a great location. Now it'sdefinitely sub par. I won't be going back as often, that's for sure. Read more

My first experience with Tim Hortons, unfortunately, wasn't as much pleased as I expected. Staff, probably a trainee, was not... sure which complimentary drink I could get with my meal. Potatoes wedges was dry and hard to chew. At least coffee was good. Read more
