We wanted a bite to eat and the Thai place was packed so we came to Tim Hortons (like you do). They said our initial selection... was unavailable, so we ordered two loaded bowls, Cilantro Lime and Habanero Chicken, and then went to the side to wait. Half anhour later we were still waiting as well as many others. There seemed to be a priority given to the drive through window, buteven they were moving slow. They looked very short staffed. The Habanero bowl came up first. After stirring it up and wonderingwhy the advertisement picture showed more lettuce, the Cilantro bowl was ready. My partner commented that the lettuce leaveswere huge and uncut. We had waited to long to ask for a do-over, so we tore it up and ate our food. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in this location this morning for a French vanilla and told the server that I... wanted it full without any foam. He told me that it's hard to do. I said really?. I've had 100s of these drinks at otherlocations and none of them had any problem being able to do it. Next thing I know some young so-called woman opens her mouth andmade some rude comment that I didn't really hear her. I told her to mind her own business and then the server said to me don'tshop here anymore. I told him don't worry I WON'T. I also told him that I would also be writing a review so that other peoplewould know not to shop here. We were ordering two steep tea and potatoe veggies with chipotle sauce but they don't gave us chipotle sauce and tea was cold .... Its really bad experience with service.???????????????? I don't want to visit again. Read more
The worst Tim hortons in the area I will say I ordered chicken crispy sandwich and that chicken was so dry ????never again
I have never had any issues here. Seems like a good Tim Horton's.
3 stars is pretty generous. He isn't giving out coffee cup sleeves... Everyone drove here, it's in a gas station. He got snippy... with me when I went to grab a sleeve : "You can just ask me ok!?" I said "I can just not come back!" Read more
**AVOID THIS PLACE** You have been warned. What looks like an easy stop after gas, or before work will be a source of... frustration. Can you wait 3 minutes? No, ive waited 10 already -2 people working when there should be three. 1 person working andanother off to the side smoking, with a line up present - butter on my bagel as thick as cream cheese -Jalapeno Bagel has soldout every day for the last 2 years.
