Extraordinary customer service. While giving order in drive thru the order taker was really nice. Also when I went on window the... staff was so nice they were feeling sorry for taking a bit longer time than usual. Manager was coming specifically to givingorder and feeling sorry due to staff shortage. Great team work. I have been in so many Wendy?s but service provided by this wasreally great. Read more

Everything about this location is a 10000000% 0/5 stars. The management was rude to my boyfriend and walked away with his hand... in my boyfriends face stating he didn't want to talk to him anymore after we were waiting in there drive thru from11:10pm-12:00am and our order was taken at 11:42pm. The order taker informed us they were short staffed and it would take awhile for our order if we were willing to wait, we agreed and proceeded with our order. When we got to the window at 12:00am(mind you there were three employees when the order taker said that he was the only staff member working up front as well asmaking the burgers) the worker at the window apologized to us and stated they were closed after we were in their drive thru fornow what was over 50 minutes. This is when my boyfriend expressed how upset he was since we've been waiting so long, only tohave all 3 workers (including the manager) come up to the window to fight with my boyfriend and I. This is a disgusting excuseof customer service as I am a manager who's been working for a fast food company for over 7 years and I would never think thatis an acceptable way to act towards a guest. Person at drive thru was hard to understand and kept getting the order wrong. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwhich and 2 can dine... Dave's burgers. Got 3 Dave's burgers no chicken sandwhich. Some guy in drive thru handed us our food no uniform in streetclothes, he asked if we got a chicken sandwhich to which we said yes and never got it. Owner must not care much as this site is the worst for proper service. Staff don't listen and constantly mess up orders,... especially through drive thru. Have never had the right order in the past several visits, two resulting in contaminant allergyissues and reaction. Won't be going back. Read more

Layout is terrible, seats are uncomfortable as hell. The entire store is a cheap as it can possibly be. Bathrooms were... disgusting according to my fiance, mens room was fine. All the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. Service was to beexpected. Read more

I ordered breakfast for the family through Skip the Dishes. When it arrived, the order was missing a breakfast sandwich. I... phoned to alert the restaurant. Karen, the manager, argued with me and said ?We made a Breakfast Baconator.? ?Yes,? I said, ?butI ordered two of them.? Realizing her mistake, Karen told me my only option was to ?Come down and pick it up.? I told her ?If Iwas able to pick it up, I wouldn?t have paid a delivery charge to have it delivered.? Karen told me there was nothing she coulddo. ?Do you drive,? I asked??Does anybody there drive?? ?No,? she said. Ultimately, the family breakfast was ruined. I wasupset. My wife was upset. My daughter was upset. Everyone was arguing. Nobody wanted to eat. What annoys me is that the managerargued with me about their mistake and then told me to come pick up the missing sandwich (when I have paid to have fooddelivered). If the positions were switched, I would?ve phoned a taxi and had the sandwich delivered. A simple solution.
