I had the delivery option on Black Friday and received my pizza in less than 30 minutes, earlier I spent 20 minutes on the phone... with a local pizza shop so I didn't have to drive that far and they never answered the phone, they never answered the phone anyday and I thought the hell with this Pizza Hut is better than them better than Little Caesars and better than Domino's, PizzaHut has been around a lot longer than any of them! Placed an order on the app for me to come pick it up inside. I got the supreme Detroit style. I'd love to try an authentic... Detroit style but I think this is as close as it gets. I think this is merely Pizza Hut's attempt at their version. Detroitstyle is supposed to have cheese all around the edges. This does not. This is a Pizza Hut pan pizza, rectangular shaped, usingstandard Pizza Hut toppings but with the sauce on top of the cheese instead of under it. So it really is just a cosmeticdifference. I think it tasted exactly the same as a regular pan pizza. No complaints there at all. I love pan pizza. I gotthere just a bit early, waited about 3 minutes, and out comes the pizza and bread sticks, both done perfectly and delicious! Read more
I love Detroit style. I wish it wasn't limited time only. It's a little spicier, has a slightly different texture (probably... because the sauce is on top of the cheese rather than the crust). And the crispy cupped pepperoni is so good. Whenever we order,it's always ready on time, and the taste is pretty consistent. Happy with this location. Read more
I placed an order online and chose the curbside pickup option. I pulled in front of the door, in plain sight of the employees... and sat and waited. Three employees were at the front desk area, one of which had a clipboard in hand as if they were themanager. They all looked and saw me sitting out there but no one came out with my order. I was outside for 10 to 15 minutes andno one came out with my order. I finally went inside to pick up the order and it was ready and sitting in the warmer waiting. Itdid not appear to be very busy inside. Actually there was only one person sitting and waiting for an order. If you are not goingto do curbside pickup, don't advertise it. Read more
Ordered thin and crispy medium supreme via grub hub. Which adds an additional 10 bucks or so, but okay with that. Was delivered... pan, not thin and crispy. I hate pan pizza. I ate some of it, I didn't go hungry. But I didn't get 32 dollars worth. Read more
I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza and got 2 large cheese pizza. The boy on the phone had an attitude and he punched in the wrong... order. Called after I received the wrong order and manager gave me an attitude and kept telling me that I ordered 2 cheese. IKNOW WHAT I ORDERED. She repeated herself to make me look like I was at fault. I even offered the cheese pizzas back so theydon?t think I?m trying to rip them off. Im more disappointed that her a manager argued back and forth with me. Sounprofessional. I didn?t want a credit I just wanted the correct order which I eventually got but the disrespect that she gaveme as a manager was disrespectful. She needs training on how to treat other humans. Of all the pizza chains, Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. It's sad that there's not many around. But the one that we... ordered from yesterday I am gracious that they did deliver to our house and the order was prepared quick and everything wasperfect. Read more
I love Pizza Hut but if you can't open a restaurant on time, don't open one.
