Got a scallop dinner 2295 three tiny scallops and Soggy pasta and corn awful. Dessert was a d r y sort of cake for 895 awful. It's got an old home cozy atmosphere. The food is decent, the appetizer portions are tiny though. We got 3 mushrooms for $7.95... and my friend got a small salad. It took 45 mins to get our food. The waitress was sloooow with everything, even when shespilled some of my martini on me and the table, she was incredibly slow about getting napkins to clean up. The strawberry in mydrink looked like it was starting to turn. I wouldn't have served that to anyone. This was my 2nd time there. My 1st visit wasbetter, but I won't be in a hurry to go back. Windsor Inn has a lot of options on its menu to please anyone. Two small plates is a little less than an entree. The mashed... potatoes and salad that come with the entrees are very good. If you order an entree, you will have plenty for lunch the nextday. We had crab stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes, goat cheese bruschetta, lemon veal, pesto pasta, prosciutto wrapped asparagus,and white pizza. The crab stuffed mushrooms were very good. Across the board, the restaurant uses quite a bit of olive oil. Ifyou plan on sharing small plates, make sure to ask your server if the plate is appropriate for sharing.
