When the order is correct and they actually put sauce on your noodles they can be great . But unfortunately we have found that... When we call in to make an order something about it tends to be incorrect. When we ask them to correct it , They attempt to saywe ordered incorrectly. There is hardly any sauce on their noodle dishes and then you are told that the sauce Just soaks intothe noodle, when in fact the noodle is dry and does not taste like marinara sauce. We just feel they are quite expensive forwhat you get, if in fact you get the correct order. Read more
Ordered Penne Rosa. Dish was horrible. No sauce or vegetables. I got a bowl full of dry noodles with parm chicken. Did not get... what I paid for and not even close. Made a complaint through the feedback, manager responded, wanted to know the order number soI sent it to him and did not get a response. Food here is garbage and management does not care and won't refund your money forserving such. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this location, way better places to get your moneysworth in the area. Read more
stephanie checked us out and was incredibly rude, tossed the food on the table, bothered us multiple times while eating, she... told us that our military ID was not real, AND then the manager came over and called us stupid for a minor mistake. she said ?idon?t wanna say this but that was stupid? and accused me of stealing a cup that I paid for! I have my receipt for mine but notmy to go order for my kid so I was probably charged incorrectly. the whole staff including manager was inexcusably lousy anddemented. I had the buttered egg noodles, Korean BBQ meatballs and cheesy garlic bread. The buttered egg noodles were excellent. No... shortage of butter and well seasoned with salt and parmesan. Would definitely have this dish again. The Korean BBQ meatballswere made from ground meat that was obviously completely overworked so that the interior texture is completely homogenous andrubbery. This is the last thing you want with a meatball. It should be worked as little as possible to get to a round shape andthat's it. I also haven't looked into it, but I would guess that the meatball is pork and not beef, or maybe a blend with mostlypork. The sweet Korean BBQ sauce tasted great, but the meat was unpleasant. Would not recommend. The cheesy garlic bread wasjust small ovals of bread with cheese melted on top. I did not taste *any* garlic at all. Mine was also burned to blackness onthe bottom and was essentially ruined. I would not recommend this item. They also do not have sweet tea. Yes they have sugarpackets but that isn't going to dissolve in room temperature tea. Also even trying to do that would necessitate pouring tea intoones cup first then dumping ice into the drink which as you may know, is not ideal if you don't like your drink all over yourhand. On the surface their menu looks fantastic. I was very excited to try this place and I envisioned myself becoming aregular because the odd mix of items they serve were all things I really enjoy. I'm not sure if this will be my reality though.I will probably give them another chance and try some of the other menu options but I have to say I'm not hopeful. Read more
So, I clearly at this point, have a zoodles addiction but this store location is amazing and your staff here is what really is... making you successful and for me to spend a CRAZY amount of money here a month. BIG shout out to the employees at this locationand I love you guys too!! ???? Read more
Good food, nice staff, I gave 4 stars cause they forgot to put one of my dishes in my to go bag & I got all the way home for... dinner & my food was M.I.A.I called they kind of knew they forgot but of course didn't admit it but I was able to drive back tohave my food made fresh. Recommend to double check to make sure all your food is there if order more then 4 items. Read more
The food was really good... got the Japanese pan noodles with steak and the Alfredo pasta with parm encrusted chicken. They were... both fantastic. Service was quick and friendly. The only problem, and it's a fairly significant one... is that they have agnat/fruit fly problem... where we initially sat had them ALL over the walls and tables and they were flying around our food andfaces... we moved because it was disgusting... and by the windows, there were less of them, but they were still there.
