Besides the kitchen loosing out tables order after 1 hour and not telling us, we all received a free dinner a half hour later. ... Out waitress was amazing. Horrible service - the waitress barely said hello (Wednesday around 5) our pizza was undercooked (crust)- it was sent back to... kitchen and returned to us with the top burnt- crust was still undercooked and soggy. No apologies from the waitress or thestaff. We were not compensated in any way but we did refuse the pay for the pizza which was simply not edible. Will not bereturning there again. The restaurant itself is a mess, the eating area is ok but the kitchen is always dirty and the staff always seem to be on edge... and agitated. This is obviously due to bad management from the actual owner. The staff never seems relaxed and or happy andunderstandably so. The restaurant always seems to be managed by freshmen University students, and it's not working out. Iwould still give their food 3.5 Stars but the restaurant as a whole barely deserves a 2.
