My food was prepared wrong so I called to complain. Manager on the phone hung up on me so I drove to return my food. Drive thru... was only option to do so. I was greeted with another manager who slammed window on me when I proceeded to say something aboutbeing hung up on. They would not give names or contact info for the franchise. One lady even told me she didn't identify ashuman and that her name was RDD2. Since I sat at the drive thru in an effort to get proper answers, she told me she would callthe police. I was not being rude but was made out to be the bad guy. What kind of management teaches their team such disrespectof customers? I also found the info for the franchise and emailed and called but have not heard anything back. Apparently, it'sacceptable to treat people this way since people keep going there. Read more
Love their pancakes. Great breakfast food. Super nice employees. Fast, good, consistent food and service.
First off, I have never had a problem with the staff. The food here is just not good. The whopper patties are over cooked. Thin,... hard, the edges are burnt. The fries are limp and bland. I?ve tried this BK 3 times in the past 2 years, and I?ve beendisappointed every time. Not sure if it?s this location or all Burger King?s have gone downhill. Disappointed. Read more
Seems like Burger King is the only fast food place nowadays where you can get deals around here.
I went with my family one day and they were closed early even though they don't close til 10, the lady says we're closed bye. I... felt that was very rude and if your closing times changed then change them. It was 8:55 almost 9, I wasted gas driving there andI live like 25 minutes from it and it's the closest one to me. Staff could be more friendlier. Food is a hit and miss there. One time good, next time horrible. Leave there burgers on too... long. The edge of the burgers are burned. Hard. Buns are stale sometimes. And idk what's going on with the burger king's I'vebeen too, but they are getting cheap with the ketchup ????????. Practically none at all. Worst Burger King anywhere. They charge for a cup of water. I travel for business and patronize Burger King's all over, and have... never been charged for water. Today I went there and used an offer code at the drive-thru and when I got to the window theydemanded that I show them the offer on my phone and when I couldn't they wouldn't honor it. I couldn't because you have to closethe offer to open the code to have them scan to earn points. I Explained that and they still refused to serve me. So I left.They also kept my credit card and when I went back later I didn't think they were going to give it to me, after I showed them myID, they did, but we're so rude. Read more
