As soon as I got there was ask to pull up to window, i pulled up and was ask to turn my truck off to order as they couldn't hear... over it, ok no problem. Tried to order right at window, they said I couldn't order at window I had to drive around and wait inline again!!! Just lost a bi-weekly customer. Read more
I'm not sure how they've done it, but they managed to screw up my order every single time I've gone there. And the thing is, I... usually stop there before work when it is super busy, so going through the drive-thru for 20 minutes again to fix it is not anoption. The customer service there is pretty trashy as well. Not outright rude, but incredibly cold and ignorant, as if I'mwasting their precious time. It's a shame really, because I enjoy the food that they manage to prepare properly. I don't thinkI'll ever be stopping there again. Read more
Never a complaint from me when it comes to KFC! this establishment is doing pretty great on the food side of things but as for... the service, I am not impressed. My mother came through the drive thru just the other day to get food for the family and have asit down meal together but to our surprise there wasn't the correct amount of chicken in the bucket and some how we ended upwith coleslaw even though we ordered mac and cheese as our side. I/m not usually one to complain about things so minuscule butmy mom didn't have mush to eat and so I felt bad about that. Read more
I've been coming here for awhile now, long enough to expect that they will always out of something and usually messing up... orders. However, roll the dice and see what you get because sometimes you win. This is by far the best single taco supreme thatI have ever gotten in all my travels and years of Taco Belling. Read more

They workers are always very polite with me. +1 3. I?m just confused to why they always pull people upinstead of having them wait at the window. I know many fast food places that do not do this. -1 Overall I always blamecorporate when it comes to most stuff.
