It was here.... Pretty fast.... But I guess when you only cook the pizza half way done.... Ordered at 12:15.... Sent off for... delivery at 12:23....... Lol... Dough was so raw.... I almost puked!!!!!! I'll stick with Dominoes lol especially for 2 mediumraw pizzas and cheese sticks I was charged 35$!!! Lol Read more

Very accommodating if they make a mistake. Very good pizza if I do say so myself. Sometimes delivery times can get lengthy.

Poor customer service. 99-109 mintues for delivery turned into over 120 minutes ended up going to pick up order. Still charged... for delivery fee and tip when told it was going to be removed from my bill. Cold food. Contacted store was to be called backstill waiting. Emailed no response. Lost a customer. Pizza is always good and service is good. I am giving this one star rating because I was told they no longer give out seasoning... packets(parmesan, red pepper, etc) but sell them at almost $1 per packet. New ownership needs to not be so cheap and stingy withwhat we can get from competitors for free. Read more

manager i spoke with tonight (july 4th 2020) at the shippensburg location was nice and friendly. for this ill leave them 5... stars their new shaq a roni is marketed as having extra pepperoni and extra cheese with a "shaq a roni crust". with it beingmarketed and named after such a larger than life person, i figured the toppings would equally be impressive and more thanenough. boy, i was wrong, way wrong. it comes with 66 pepperoni to be exact and 3 cups of cheese. now its a 16 inch pizzawith 10 slices which comes to about 6 pepps per slice. ya very underwhelming for such a robustly named pizza. as for the 3cups of cheese, which might sound like a lot, when its spread over a 16 inch pizza, you get a lot of bare spots with no cheeseon it at all. now this review isnt a knock on the actual employees of this local store as they are just doing as they areinstructed, its more of a complaint directed at the larger corporate structure at papa johns who actually develop and markettheir menu items. this shaq a roni is blatantly false advertisement in so many ways. besides all that, the pizza itself is anunderwhelming extra large pepperoni pizza with pretentions..a true shaq a roni should have 150 pepps minimum and 6 cups ofcheese minimum!! with all this said, skip the shaq a roni and try their new paparita..those are good and are reasonably pricedand come with a fair amount of toppings Read more
