Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I placed an order online through their website. I get a call stating they are out... of sweet potato fries and asked what I want in place. Offered a few suggestions, I politely decline and just asked to give me arefund for the amount of the sweet potato fries. The girl on the phone (who was nice and stuck in the middle of this) told theguy in the background that I just wanted a refund for the amount of the fries. He began yelling and said I have to takesomething or call the company that I ordered through. I stated I ordered from their website. There is no company to contact. Herefused to take the money off my account, so I just said to cancel my order and that I will not be returning. He again beganscreaming and yelling refusing to give me a refund. And again stating to call the "company". I checked my bank account, thedebit is listed as Pizza n Stuff. I am appalled by the behavior of this owner. I will never be returning and I'm on the phonewith my bank to get this resolved. Sad thing is, I've ordered before food is decent, but they're always out of something. But,it's very convenient to us. Oh well. They have 100% lost a customer, that's for sure. **UPDATE** I called my bank about what Ishould do about my money not being refunded. After some lengthy investigation by a representative of my bank, they found thesame thing I found. Nothing! There is no phone number to contact the "company" to get a refund. So basically, this restaurantis holding my $42.76. I have to report this restaurant to my bank and file a dispute. So, my bank will take care of it. I havenever in my 40 years on this Earth, had a company refuse to do a refund. Makes me wonder how many other people they have donethis too. Just a reminder to whomever refused to refund me what you are doing is illegal and immoral. Don't trust thisrestaurant! Read more
Way to expensive and they do not get your order out in a timely manner. It took over an hour to get my food. Also when I called... they hung up the phone on me witch made me even more up set. I was clam the first time I called. They said they were busy. WhenI called to order it was not busy. She told me 15 mins. We ordered salads and chicken tenders with fries we didn?t get thedrinks that came with the kids meals (the tenders) my husband was over hungry and couldn?t eat because of this. My daughterssalad wasn?t right. I will never order from this place again. It sucks because this isn?t a big town and are only busy duringthe school year. I thought this place was a great small town restaurant. We all got pasta and it was delicious. Their lava cake was also great. I... would recommend getting take out as it is a little warmer of a place to dine in if you get hot easy. Read more
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I placed an online order at 7pm? by 8:30 I decided to call and ask where my food was. I... understand most places are understaffed so I didn?t want to rush them. I was told they never got my order but would make it andthen deliver it to me ASAP. By 9:15 I still did not receive my food and decided to call again and they then told me the driverdropped it off at the apartment above me and left it outside there, I decided to check and see if it was still there because atthis point I waited so long for my food I didn?t care to put it back in my own oven. The food was not there, I told the frontcounter girl (who was extremely nice and understanding) and I proceeded to hear either the owners or managers telling her whatto say to me. At this point I asked to speak directly to them and they have the NERVE to tell me I have to pay for a new pizzato be delivered to me. I was absolutely outraged? why would I pay for their mistake of delivering to the wrong apartment, when Iknow I said my number and have a witness. I was then hung up on when I expressed that I would not pay for their mistake.Completely unprofessional.. I will never give a business like this money EVER again. We visited during the Halloween Parade which was probably a bad idea. They weren?t staffed enough for the amount of people that... showed up and the food took over an hour from the time we ordered until we received it and half of our party?s meal came out 30minutes before the other. The staff were extremely nice even through the chaos. The crab fries were disgusting, I would notrecommend them. There were only a handful of fries drowning in souplike sauce which made them soggy even though they advertisethem being crispy and they had way too much seasoning. Quick delivery and friendly delivery guy. Homemade ranch dressing is creamy and I wish I had gotten a bigger salad, it was so... good. Tasty garlic bread is a perfect portion for one and was nice and soft. Penne Alfredo was perfectly cooked, the sauce wascreamy and delicious, and large enough for two portions. I am new to the area and had been searching for good pasta and thisplace has it! Can't wait to try other menu items here. Read more
