We primarily stop at sheetz all of the time because they are clean and well tended. However at 12 noon this is the 1st time I... have been to one that has been absolutely filthy. Every outside trash can was overflowing. There was trash throughout the storeon the floor. There were stalls without toilet paper and empty soap & paper towel dispensers in the ladies room ladies room.The men's room had water running out of the ceiling above one of the urinals and again full trash cans and trash on the floor. IKNOW help is hard to find but this was pretty bad. IF it was my 1st stop at a Sheetz...it would be my last. Read more
Ordering pickup on the app through the drive thru is absolute garbage, me or my wife usually order her a drink every night... before she goes to work and use the pickup at drive thru, she?s had to go inside the store 9/10 times in order to get her stuffdue to the staff just not ignoring the drive thru or just no knowing what to do, or even realizing it?s a drive thru order. Worse sub ever. Roll was hard as a rock and where was the meat? Doubt there was $2 worth of steak. Back in the 80s when they... were much smaller, they were GREAT! Customer service ment something. Now it is obvious they don't care. There is alwaysanother customer. Sad. Read more

Let's start with the coffee. If you want coffee it's watered down. If you want got food it's so greasy you can't get it out of... the wrapper (had to throw it out) waste of money. Bathrooms are so dirty I felt like I wad reverting back to an animal. Stayclear of this sheetz. The only good thing about it is diesel is cheap but even the fuel nozzles get your hands dirty. Staff is cool. But guys I know there is a labor shortage. However you are 1 windstorm away from having a trash heap on your... hands. Every can except 1 was overflowing. Iv mentioned it to the staff on more than one occasion. Read more

Usually a good experience, today, I waited 26 minutes for a latte with zero communication about it taking longer than normal. On... my way home, I stopped in for some quick bites for the family. The food looked like speed was critical, quality was awful. I seelots of new faces, don't forget about proper training, engaging with your customers, and communicating. There are some extremelylarge companies near by that bring a ton of business. Please sharpen up the quality and service. Read more
