Refuse to make my drink correctly when im paying $6 for it. I get a refresher with no ice at every location around but this one... always refuses and doesnt even ask if its okay before filling half the cup with ice on a mobile order. Everyday its a hit ormiss on who does it or not. 3/5 days theyll follow the request, next day they are unable to do it. Read more

Picked up some Starbucks here since there is no other shippensburg location. The service was pretty mediocre and it was very... busy. I ordered the strawberry frappuccino and it was very liquidy, almost like a soup. There was also no whip cream. It seemedlike they rushed to get the orders done and ended up compromising the quality. I mean, yeah it's busy but its a college campus. They might not get my order right all the time but even if its not what I... actually asked for, its what I really needed in that moment.
