I had a good experience today, other than the fact that the shift supervisor was a little rude. I wasn't even in line for 30... seconds and she says, "what do you want?"... I wanted to leave, but I wanted to get rid of these gift cards I had in my wallet.That stores moral just sucks in general. But the other two girls working seemed nicer. And I wasn't allowed to wear my bandanaswhen I worked there, and the supervisor was wearing her dirty bandana instead of the issued apparel that everyone else is forcedto wear. Served me a cold chicken bacon ranch. Was unprofessional about it. Never going back to any subway again.
Am currently sitting in the store now. Staff has a horrible attitude with my fiance and me. Greeted a walmart employee with a... warm smile, but i guess because we are not regulars we dont get the same. Was rudely told they dont have eggs, and they were sodismissive of our sandwiches wile making them, putting wrong veggies on wrong subs, then an attitude for their mistakes. Such ashame. I absolutely love this subway! for the life of me i cant remember the ladies name that always makes my sub amazing. I believe... she has green hair.. anyway she is always the kindest person and says HELLO to me every single time I walk in to order. I alwaysget the tuna sub because if you know then you know that the tuna at subway is *Chef's kiss*. I don?t know how this place is still in business. They were complaining to our face because we came in like 15 minutes before... closing. The girl with the blue hair was constantly making snaughty remarks and had an attitude every time she had to add atopping that takes 10 seconds. Mid way through us ordering a guy with kids came in and she then said ?omg bruh I?m about to...?and turned around was throwing the toppings as we were ordering. Went to pick up a mobile order. They didn't put lettuce on either of my subs. I called 5 minutes till closing to complain and... they left me on hold for 3½ minutes then hung up instead of answering. Driving to Carlisle is worth the trip to not use thislocation. Or better yet just eat Wendy's...it's in the same parking area. Read more
Why one star? Food is always good here. But the people is what makes food services fun. These people who were working at the... time. Did not seem to enjoy working here. Perhaps it was just a wrong time. Who knows. I will probably never find out. Read more
