Always try not to give Wendy's a bad rating considering the fact that I gave Wendy's the best 7 years of my life by working... there. This Wendy's used to be really good when a general manager was handling it, but when she left is Wendy's kind of fell offtrack. I recommend going here for drive-thru if you want a quick bite to eat. Especially during busy and rush hours. (I mean atthe end of the day it's a business. All businesses improve or fall it's whatever.) But don't really go inside and get food. Thatis my advice to y'all. Save yourself the trouble. Trust me on this one just do drive thru. I think this Wendy's is meant fordrive-thru only. Read more
My husband and I stopped on our way home around 10oclock pm?. Ordered our food and had to sit in line waiting for 30 mins. They... need to hire more staff. This is suppose to be fast food. This is the second time this happened to us. Read more
Please check your order tonight I spend $30+ on some cold garbage after I politely asked for fresh food. The fact that they lied... about making the large order fresh is very disappointing since I rarely eat out I will be calling corporate to make them awareof the games the lazy inconsiderate employees that don?t care about the customers experience I will not ever go there again 100.Percent disgusting ???? Ridiculous. Waited in drive through 35 minutes to order and get food. We were only the 4th car in line. Why so slow??? Then our... food was barely warm and they forgot to give us a drink and no napkins or ketchup. My husband went inside to get his drink andsaid there were 4 people working and no one dining in. I came to this location last week for the first time around 5pm when it's usually pretty busy. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes in... line, and started to read the reviews. I was going to drive away based off of the reviews, but Wendy's rarely ever lets me down,so I stuck with it. I wasn't disappointed last week, and I was just as happy to get a good meal after a long 12 hour shifttoday. Spicy chicken sandwich on point at this location, and the staff is friendly too. Unless, I've somehow just gottenexceptionally lucky, I think this location is just as good as my favorite Wendy's from my hometown. I appreciate y'alls effort. Read more
Would give zero stars if possible. Waited 20 minutes just to ORDER then another 20 AFTER I ordered to pay and even then I was... two cars behind the second window. This is about the THIRD time this has happened. 40 minutes?to have to drive away because I?vewasted so much gas just WAITING. Whoever owns this place seriously needs to get it in line. The only reason you?re still inbusiness is because you?re the cheapest around. And your food most DEFINITELY reflects that. Read more
Where is the rest of of the sandwich??? Doesn't this come with the fried pickles? It doesn't matter because this so called... chicken is tougher than shoe leather and is not edible...well the dog seemed to enjoy it. All of this for a 35 minute wait ofpure disappointment. Read more
