Best subs ever employees and the dine in area could improve
Little busy. Food was fresh. Staff was fast and curious.
Came in and it?s the same as it was about 15 years ago. All tables where disgusting so sticky you could tell they haven?t been... washed in a very long time I set a napkin down and it stuck I also took my key and grim literally scrapped off the table. . This has happened several times to me! I?m in line the person takes my order, walks to doors yells to someone in back. They come... out, n start helping person behind me. This time the girl just stood there, n let the guy working take the other order. I walkedout! They weren?t busy. There service is not good! They have lost my service there n Marathon. Very unorganized. We came in twice, and they were all very confused about everything. While we are ordering, they are all... sulking while staring in the bread oven because an employee set the timer for the bread too long, and burnt the whole batch.Very discouraging. Located inside a gas station but they have great seats! This location is one of the most unique subway locations in the United... States. Because you said down and you watch the horse and buggy?s. It?s located across the street from the blue gates restaurantand Amish horse and buggy tours. The service here is below average. The girls are overwhelmed and always complaining. One of the employee's at this Subway is so rude and unwelcoming that it is very hard to want to go here. I work nearby and my... co-worker's also agree that he is very rude, in fact some of us won't go to this Subway if he is working. I felt this needed tobe brought to your attention because in a business like Subway, customer service should be a main priority. One of my otherco-worker's notified the manager of this problem and all she was told was a " We know, we get complaints about him all thetime." This problem really needs to be addressed before you lose more business than you already have. Read more
