First time being at this location. The food was good and the service was great. The only cons to this visit was the steaks were... medium instead of medium rare. Still really good flavor and not dry or tough, so nothing was said. Restrooms were fairly cleanand the staff were nice. All in all, a good visit. Read more

Frequently my husband and I go there to eat. Friendly and family fun atmosphere. Food is always great! We have a favorite... server there- Aaron. Aaron is THE best. He is very attentive, pays attention to your order requests, super friendly, and nevershows an 'I need a break' expression. The man be so busy & keeps a smile. We appreciate your courtesy. Read more

I came to eat the night before my wedding (right before my bachelor party) and had to wait an hrs for my food. When my food... arrives my well done hamburger was raw. The waitress looks at it and ask me do I want her to peel everything off and put it backon the grill. I reply no and she immediately says well I can't take anything else off I already discount it for being an hr late(as if I asked her too. Also my wife's sides weren't done. Normally, I love Texas Roadhouse. However, the last 3 or 4 times we've ordered to-go it has been absolutely disappointing.... Either the order is incorrect and we have to go back (learned to check the order before leaving the parking lot). Or the food isjust...wrong. We always order steak - whether dining in or ordering to go. Every time we dine in our ribeye is cooked toperfection. When we order it to go its still mooing ????. This last time (a week ago) both streaks were barely medium well, therolls were dry, dark and hard, the mushrooms and onions and my fiance steak was all burnt, only a half order of sides, no ranchfor my salad (yes it was included in the order) and only 2 cups of cinnamon butter although I requested more. With this beingwhat I'm pretty sure is the 4th time our order was butchered I decided to call and speak with management. I called Saturday,Monday, Tuesday and Thursday before giving up. No one would answer the phone. I'm totally disappointed and upset thatessentially $75 was wasted. The order prior to this one was $126. Needless to say we will not be ordering to-go from thislocation again. Gas is high but we'll make the drive across the bridge next time. Read more

I haven?t ate at Texas Roadhouse in 3 years being that I don?t have many locations in GA (TRH please add more locations AND A... JAGGERS to the ATL Metro Area pls lol) Anyways, I sat in amazement as I watched the Dixie Hwy location Friday, August 5thoperate with so much efficiency, accuracy, care, etc. It was a packed Friday night and I was so worried but we walked in to aclear entrance. We were seated within 5 mins of giving our name and we?re almost immediately greeted with our server upon beingseated. Jada got our drinks started and ask Ed if we needed time to look over the menu but because I had been anticipating thismoment, we knew exactly what we wanted. Jada took our orders and during the time that we waited for our food to arrive I satand watched their team bust down tables in literally 2mins of a party leaving, and have another guest seated and attended towithin 5 mins of it being cleaned. Im the crazy person that sat and timed them OVER AND OVER and I kid you not, this team hadconsistent 7-10 min turn around on tables around us. I was so amazed at the team work and flow that I had to pull the managerJeremy aside and let him know the team from that night was phenomenal! Even down to the times I would stop employees to ask forextra sauce, napkins, etc. NOBODY was unpleasant in their response. Nobody forgot about my request, and NOBODY took longer than2mins tops to return with what I requested. I think more than anything, My heart was overjoyed because so many places are shortstaffed, or staffed with uninspired workers that it has done nothing but put a damper on the guest experience but theseemployees really looked, acted, and treated us as though the slogan on the back of their shirts were true! Very good food, a little too crowded. I'll say it's a place for a quick stop. A little noisy as it's always at its full... capacity, it's good, but if you want a calm place to talk it's not the best to go for. Overall really good. ( really wanted totry a ribeye steak and they didn't have it :( Read more

The wait was ridiculous . We were told an hour and it took 2 . The hostess stand is very rude , unprofessional and stares more... at their phones then the actual customers coming in . After speaking with the manager about the wait, I was advised they hadseveral tables ready but they were waiting for customers to leave the table . This couldn?t be more un true as the issue was thetables were not getting cleaned ! We sat next to a dirty table for at-least 15 minutes before it was touched.
