Ended up with hair in my food. I'm still puzzled as I've been eating from dominos since I was little all the way from Florida... and this is a first. On top of that the staff is a bit unfriendly- the saving grace was the guy was willing to help me once Iexplained. Read more
While my order was ready, cashier said it's not ready and because app was showing ready, I ask another person and I got the... pizza. And when I wanted to report that to manager, the manager was so rude. Unacceptable customer service from Dominos, thatI've never saw before. We?ve ordered here 10+ times - Solid customer service and they get the job done fast! Today, the online mobile ordering wasn?t... working and there was a miscommunication from placing our order over the phone. When we arrived to pick up our order it hadnever been put in. CJ went above and beyond to make sure our order was entered in correctly and gave the kindest service. Hehand made he items for us and they tasted delicious!! With it being 100+ degree weather and so many staff working I?m soimpressed how this issue was handled. "Papa Johns failed me, Dominos saved me." the other guys app gave me an order number which "meant nothing" to the cashier at PJ... as they lost my order. I walked away, sat in the car reordered from Dominoes and drove there. Pizza was ready when I arrived. Place was busy but I got smiles and service! Haven't been to a Domino's for 20+years. Didn't like the crust. Now, they have options and yum! This location was very clean.... Employee was very friendly. Even has some seating which is rare for pizza places now. The thin crust is great! Easy to find andget in/out of. Only issue, website wasn't the most user friendly, but figured it out. Read more
Their online website needs more improvement because it asked me three times to input my email address when I already signed in.... It went back to the profile input twice (when I?m already a registered user). They could make things easier, faster and offerbetter customer experience if there will be account recognition when a registered user signs in and the customer info will bepre-populated once ID is confirmed.
