This is the second time the older cashier lady refused to gave me the extra bag of Halfsie Fries I ordered. She claimed that the... extra bag of Halfsie Fries I ordered was included/packed in the munchie meal, which clearly isn't the case, as the portion wasno different than what you find in the regular munchie meal. Change of shift should not be an excuse to have it closed while hours are displayed as open in store and in maps
We sometimes go by here because my husband will have appointments in Shoreline. The service is good depending on who you get at... the drive-thru window. The last time we were there the woman working the drive-thru window acted like it was our fault that shemessed up our order.......TWICE!! Why we have to order online when we are at the drive-thru? The cashier only had two words to say ?order online?. When we ask... which website or app should we use, he said ?online, online?. We ordered on doordash and paid and everything, and the app saysthey?ve got the order and are preparing the food, but they said ?no order? (means they didn?t get the order). We asked multipletimes which website or app we should go to, and a lady came out and said ?I don?t know.?. And after a long argument about whichwebsite we should use(basically was we asking ?which website?, and they say ?don?t know?), they suddenly asked us to order fromdrive-thru??????????????????????????????????????? Then why don?t ask us to order from drive-thru from the first place? I don?tget it! If you guys are able to take orders from drive-thru, and do that! If you cannot, then tell us how to order. I went here knowing it was not busy. I told myself go to a diffrent location because the fries have probably been sitting out... and are stale. I didn't listen to my instinct and went anyway. I winded up with cold stale fries with a random piece of chickenin it and a burger with a wet bun some how. Next time I will drive a little bit up the road and go to the lynwood location. Read more
I usually love this place but they need to improve. 2 times ive placed online orders for a milkshake, the first it wasnt... available and she said shed refund it for us. Never got the refund. Second time I was told I needed to contact support and Idid, a month and 2 emails later Ive had no response at all. So I've lost like $11 and still get ignored. I wanna go again as Ireally like jack in the box but I dont wanna lose more money. If somethings not available, dont have it as available on the appand dont then ignore refund requests. Read more
This JITB has completely gone down hill. We ordered a Jumbo Jack with Cheese and when we got home there was no burger patty on... the burger! I tried calling to tell them what happened and nobody answered the phone. So we went back with our burgerless burgerand they refused to refund us our money. The associate was snippy with us from the moment we pulled up there. I will definitelynever go back here and you shouldn't either! Read more
this Friggin place which is 24/7 has been randomly closed the last 3 times I went it. granted at like midnight ish but still... sucks to make the trip when they ain't even there nothing posted nowhere Read more
