I had a T-Mobile promotion for a $3 pizza. I used the code, placed my order, and it wouldn?t accept my payment. When I went into... the restaurant to address it the cashier wouldn?t even do a thing to help resolve it. All he said was they would Lose money.Well clearly it won?t matter if you lose customers. Worst customer service, lady barking orders at other employees. She was very rude to my 8 year old little boy. All he was doing... was looking at a broken game in the lobby , mind you not touching it just looking and she came over and goes ?you know whatbefore anything? and turns the game around in the corner away from him. This place is a hit or miss and really depends on if the owners are there to supervise or not. EDIT: if it's the young kids... working the back, expect a HUGE WAIT TIME. I do online orders all the time and this is the third time I've shown up and theemail says my pizza is ready and it's been 30mins and they said oh it wasn't even cooked yet. Read more

Delicious food and good service. A pizza was delivered to the Howling Place by mistake the other day (not LC's fault) and not... only did they replace my order fast but the centralized customer service gave me a refund even tho it technically wasn't theirfault. Note: if the 3rd party delivery service dumps YOUR order into the Howling Place, Little Caesars CAN replace it, but youWILL have to pick it up from their store; their relationship to the system simply doesn't allow them to summon a fresh driver.Blame DoorDash Read more

When I was a kid I dreamed of a place just like this where you could walk up, wave your hand, and a pizza robot would give you a... pizza! Lol! Little Caesars is a national pizza fast food chain that is known for their "hot n ready" food, where you can just walk in and... buy and then leave without waiting around for one to cook. This location is pretty small, and usually has a line. Pricing isnormal here, their lunch deal is really good for the value, and they usually have "hot n ready" items available. The parking lothere is always a mess though, tough to find parking sometimes. Read more

Crust was raw. It might look like melted cheese in the picture but it is actually completely raw dough. Only cooked around the... edge. Update: spoke to asst mgr. He offered a free pizza next time I come in. Still have an inedible pizza but he tried. Read more
