I love taco time and I want to eat there, but they don?t take tap pay. Just cards and cash. There is a tap pay kiosk that I... spent 10 minutes on and it couldn?t take my payment. Staff could not assist. I attempted twice to use the app and reset mypasscode and just ended up locked out. Customer service line was a real person and they forwarded my app problem to someone whowill contact me. Please help me get the tacos. ???? I will have to keep cash on me for ???? tacos. Read more
We use to love this location but within the last 4 visits in a month we have ordered tacos without receiving sauces or other... paid for condiments...have you ever eaten Mexican food without salsa or hot sauce? Also, I am diabetic and when I ordered a dietdrink I got regular! You all just don't seem to have it together anymore. Tonight was the last straw no more! Verydisappointing! Fast and friendly service here. Good location right on Aurora-easy to get in and out of. Food is tasty. The tater fries are... always hot and crispy, tacos and burritos are put together nicely. Taco Time is more expensive than other fast food places butthe quality is worth it. Read more

Everything is nice, this place use to be a old Taco Bell and now it?s a newly made taco time! Nice seating and very clean. Love... how everything is compostable. 5 cars in front of me, not unusual. Was told to "hold on a minute" when it was my turn, no problem, I get it that sometimes you... need to catch up...but 7 minutes later there was a line to the street, 1 car in front of me at the window and I still hadn'tordered. Cars behind me were honking at me so I said.."Hello?" And got "what is your order?" I ordered, drove up to the window,paid and a few minutes later got food. 35 minutes waiting in a drive thru JUST to order. Pulled out of the parking lot, reachedinto my bag for a mexifry.... they were burnt to a crisp and COLD. 3 bites with meat in my natural soft taco, couldn't find theextra cheese I paid for on it and my large drink was 2 inches from the top before I took a sip.
