This is the worst Chipotle location I have been to. Every couple of months, for years now, we've tried to give this store a... chance (it's two minutes away from us, vs +10 min. to the next closest), but they ALWAYS mess up our orders. Every single time,without fail, they get it so wrong. I'm a vegetarian.. They usually put meat on my bowls/burritos. My wife is lactoseintolerant... They always put cheese, sour cream, or both on hers. I'm not complaining about small issues, even. It's not, "oh,they put white rice instead of brown." No, they make a meal that's inedible. Read more
I don't give reviews often but felt one of the staff deserved the recognition. Akita was serving customers when I arrived. She... received 5 people's orders and also filled them by herself. All the while, remaining patient, calm, and kind. She was the loneperson working the WHOLE line even though there were other workers around that could have helped. All tables inside are filthy. Like smeared guacamole on a table gross... the young staff is pleasant, but no one told em they... need to clean or it appears to be against standards... no gloves, on phones, couldn't hear me because ear buds are now part ofthe uniform... also watched a young girl with long black hair adjust her earbuds, then take a payment, then finish a burrito...almost puked on sight. Just stopped in at this location and the gentleman who took my families order was EXCELLENT. I asked to have our names written... on it so it would be easier when we got home, they made it into a positive experience through humor when asking what to write onthem.
